Circle K

I was just here at this location around 1:20p 4/24/23, and happened to tell the woman at the register that I was having a pretty rough stressful day. Upon hearing this, she gave me a really nice pep talk while ringing up some of the things I was picking up for my rushed lunch. She was honestly so friendly and encouraging, and her commitment to being welcoming even if just in that moment makes me want to come back to this location and I want her recognized for that. You got good people working at this Circle K, and I figure it's worth it for Google users to see this when considering where to get their quick lunch :)

Tremendous convenience store. I go in almost every morning and am greeted with a smile from Stacey on the weekdays and Shelby on the weekends. Richelle, the manager, does a fantastic job of running the place. They get my mornings off to a good start!

I was helped around 4:30 a.m. by an older gentleman named Steve. I had been to two other Circle K's and this, the third Circle K, and they were all out of the berry Propel water that my mom loves. She specifically likes to get it from Circle K for the spout cap. Steve was very helpful in checking for me, and I was very appreciative of him checking so thoroughly.

Not good at keeping drinks and other things filled or stocked

On 8/4/23 at 11:30am we attempted to enter the building to it some road-trip snacks and use the bathroom to which both entry doors were locked. There were at least 2 employees inside who made eye contact and then walked away. There was no sign or notice saying the inside was closed. Another patron informed me they also could not enter and had no idea why. This is pretty unfortunate and irritating with not having any sort of sign or notice to the public.

They’re literally _never_ open, even when they say they are. Ownership is a total joke, corporate should be ashamed. Utter garbage. _never_ come here.

Waiting in a line of like 10 people the cashier has to go out side and help someone with a pump and leave the line there waiting because management too lazy to go help the person at the pump or help customers in line .

Working in retail is rough sure, long time retail worker myself but cashiers get an absolute 0 in hospitality, kindness and any other combination of synonymous terms. No care on how they talk about customers in front of customers, and blatant disregard for acceptable language use in a workplace environment in regards to customers. Overall nasty demeanor.

Beware of Gas Station Steve, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. He works overnight shift and apparently has the right to deny service to you, just because he feels like it. He will also call the police on you for no reason.. you’ve been warned.

Horrendous experience. Came here for years and spend a lot of money there. Used to. Last time I ever visit this establishment. Rude and ignorant staff. The Thug Life employees attitudes quandered any chance of me returning. I'm done. I'll bring my business to Caseys from now on.

Google lists this gas station as 24 hours. Yet they are closed at 1130pm, employees in there but all doors are locked. Don't waste your time, just go to Thorntons.

Be careful of Steve when he counts back change. Short changed my wife $5 dollars and when i asked him to count the drawer he called the police. Yeah I want to stick around before I drive two hours because your attendant cant pay attention.

I understand some people don’t like their job but the old guy that works overnights… Really needs a new line of work because he is awful. I don’t think I’ve ever met anybody with as little of people skills as he has and since win can you not take split payments????

If I could go lower I would. They have 2 restrooms, but only have 1 open....1 is now designated "employees only". Only 1 restroom for men and women to share.

Do not trust this place. They will over charge you and then do absolutely nothing to fix it. The food is constantly made too early so by the time it’s lunch time it’s all hard and disgusting. Can you go anywhere else? Because that’s what I would recommend over this trash.
