Purchased a new Mazda here in 2016. Great Experience.
Brought my 2nd Mazda here for service. Their service department is unmatched. I was updated throughout the process with texts, calls, and video updates. Detailed reports on papers and all questions I had were answered. Ethical and honest service staff.

We had an excellent used car buying experience at Anderson! It was well worth our 2 hour drive to work with the people at this dealership and find a 2021 CX-5 that fit our needs and was priced fairly. Sales Team member Kayla B. and Sales Manager Jim M. were both very personable, upfront, low-pressure, and fair in working with us to come to an agreement. We left with a beautifully detailed, full-tank vehicle along with appreciation for the people and professionalism at Anderson!

EDIT: I just picked up my vehicle, and it went even smoother than I hoped. Let's just say that these people are very ethical, which was a very important thing for me. Low pressure and very honest! It was worth the 3 hour drive!

The buying process is very easy. Up front quotes and disclosures. No hidden fees. Alex and Leah are easy to work with. Look forward to picking up my car on Monday!

Bought a car from them. Our salesman Cody was awesome. We visited once just to drive some cars and he never pushed or pestered, even printing off spec sheets for us to reference without us having to ask for them. We came back several weeks later to start the actual process and he was straightforward and welcoming through the entire process. We negotiated and didn't spend hours waiting for responses or anything like that. I fully expected I would have to come back on a weekend and dedicate an entire day wasting time but we signed papers and shook hands in an hour or so. Honestly it was so short I didn't think to track the time closely.

Long story short, if you're buying ask for Cody and he'll take excellent care of you.

Excellent customer service! The price online is the price you pay! I was able to figure out everything from taxes to how my down-payments would affect the price to different choices in financing! All online! And It wasn’t different when I got there either! We’re not pushy about selling me things I didn’t want. Ethan was so nice to work with. Very friendly and went through all the things on the car. We went out of our way to go and get this vehicle (1.5 hour drive) and would do it again. Unlike some local Mazda dealerships closer to my home - these people know how to treat their customers!!

Update: came back 11 months later for 2 different services and had an awesome experience with my new go-to person, Guillermo. He went above and beyond his way, twice, to help out with a 3/36 inspection before the warranty expired, then later some small body work. Highly highly recommended, Guillermo is the best and will be the place I go for years to come.

Came in for the first time to do the 20k service (oil, brake fluid, air filter) on my new-to-me 2019 RF. Had an excellent experience, Nico was awesome in the service dept. I’ll be coming back for all my future service.

I live in a area with 4-5 Mazda dealers that are all about equal distance, and so far this has been the best experience so I feel like a review is warranted. I also wasn’t asked to give a review which makes me more likely to give one compared to come places that pressure customers to give positive reviews.

Anyways, I needed the forward facing sensors calibrated after replacing the windshield in my Mazda and these guys had a good price and the availability to get me in compared to others I called. Another dealership in the area quoted double the price. In addition they didn’t try to sell me in any additional services and seemed knowledgeable, including to the point where they knew about not getting a car wash for 24-48 hours after a new windshield.

Service Dept: Took my Fiat Spider in for service (the car is basically a Miata) because of a disappointing experience with a Fiat dealer's service dept.

Every member of the service team I dealt with today at Mazda of Crystal Lake treated me with professionalism and courtesy.

I was anticipating needing shocks and breaks; and instead of going forward with those repairs, the team inspected my car end to end and insured me those systems were fine and I came away with only needing the oil change that was due.

We recently bought a new SUV from these guys and could not be happier :) Tyler McMillin was our sales rep and he is awesome! He was well-informed, gave us lots of personal space to discuss our options, and we never felt pressured. He took the time to show us all the features of the car we were interested in. He pays a lot of attention to detail. His manager, Derek, was also very personable and very amicable to work with. After our initial visit, Tyler stayed in touch via texts but we never felt like he was annoying us. He answered several of the questions we had. We went back and forth on the numbers but eventually came to a mutual agreement. The overall atmosphere of the car dealership was very pleasant — something that is hard to find at many car dealerships! We would definitely recommend Anderson Mazda.

This is most genuinely “hands down” the most fantastic experience I have ever experienced at a dealership. These folks were all about ME, and ensuring I was taken care of. I had my 4 year old niece with me, and I can sometimes have a hard time managing her. These folks were so thoughtful and patient, and even did their best to ensure her experience was happy.

When my car was ready, they took their time to ensure my phone was synced. They even had a sign for me saying “Congratulations Daniel on getting your new Mazda 6”.

We had a fantastic experience at Mazda of Crystal Lake. Our client advisor, Joe, was awesome! Knowledgeable, funny, personable, didn't hover - excellent service. From there, the finance guys exceeded our expectations, going above and far beyond, to get us to the price point that we felt most comfortable with. One gentleman even kept our 3 year old entertained while we filled out paperwork. We had fun with everyone who helped us along and we left feeling great about our purchase and experience - it doesn't get any better than that!

Amazing staff. Showed up late for appointment for oil change because of accidents and still took me in with excitement, happy to see me. Went to their fancy coffee machine that I couldn’t figure out how to work and then 3 different workers offered to help me get my coffee. My phone was dying at the time and I went up to the counter to pay before it died and she offered to lend me her charger the whole hour I was waiting without me even asking. Then I paid a very reasonable price for my synthetic blend oil change which was cheaper than anywhere else I could’ve gone.

I had an amazing experience at this place. Jordan Acevedo, my salesman is very knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel so comfortable and allow me to make the best decision on my own while he filled in all the details and making sure that I understood everything. I end up purchasing a 2019 Mazda CX-5. and I loved everything about this SUV!!! Overall. everyone there is very pleasant and process my paperwork in a timely manner.

Very nice staff. Didn't know a huge amount about the car I was interested in. But I was buying a Honda CR-V, as they are a Mazda dealer that is totally expected. They honestly and truthfully do have the best prices around. They always price their cars, at least used cars, at a very fair price that is lower than you will find in the area. In fact we drove all the way from Wilmette to get this car. And I have to say I was a bit grumpy when I got there, we did this on a Friday afternoon, and traffic was crazy. But as I said before the staff was very nice, and personable! And my mood changed very quickly. I would definetly recommend anyone looking for a used car to check them out. Also I was informed after I purchased my car, that if I am ever in Crystal Lake again (about an hour and a half away from where I live) I get free car washes for life! So next time I am in the area, that's definetly a nice perk to take advantage of!

My fiance and I went in looking to test drive vehicles knowing that we were on the edge of needing a new car. We went in after having looked for a few months and narrowed down what we wanted based on our needs. Our previous experiences at other dealerships were lackluster at best. Upon entering Anderson we were welcomed, not hounded. Fortunately for us, we paired up with Joe. Joe was fantastic through the whole process! At no point in time were we pressured into things we didn't care to see and he presented us with detailed information that, ultimately, helped finalize our decision. From beginning to end the process was smooth and very stress free. The sales manager was great and finance worked with us to help us come in under budget! I would highly recommend checking this place out, even if it's just for a test drive!

Overall, I had a great car buying experience! Tyler was a great sales person, we was very patient with me and really sold me on my CX5. Everyone was very warm and welcoming me to the Mazda family! By far best experience I've ever had and I have already recommended many to go here to buy their next cars!

Nico was so great! Informative, patient, kind and helped me get my dream car at a payment that worked best for my husband and I. The manager there was also so kind and understanding. If you are looking for a car without a pushy salesman go here and see Nico!

This is a great organization to work with. I communicated with Leah over email for about 2 weeks. I found the car I wanted and I was in-out in 40 min with my new vehicle. These folks are super easy to work with if you like to do business that way.
