My experience was absolutely exquisite the food was delectable, I take my chicken very seriously, being from down south, my cashier Ava Mueller was so understanding of my southern needs, highly recommending the spicy chicken sandwich it was ABSOLUTELY 100% perfectly done alongside the waffle fries. Chefs Kiss! Can’t wait to share my experience with my employees in my southern chicken franchise called Gus’ world famous fried chicken in Forth Worth Texas!

The food is always delicious, I’ve dinned in a few times and it is always clean. They have clean high chairs and sanitizing wipes in every high chair ( this is a super plus ). Overall very friendly staff that care about their guests.

Always amazing service. Chicken nuggets are fresh hott crispy an delicious 😋 The mac n cheese is fire. Oatmeal chocolate chip cookie hott n gooey. Sweet tea is bomb

My absolute favorite front of house is AVA MUELLER!! She is SO SO funny and was an excellent worker!! She worked with a purpose and her determination was so clear and I could completely tell she absolutely LOVED working there and was working to serve the Lord!

Food was fresh (lettuce and tomato too). Everything tasted great-if it was supposed to be hot, it was. All team members were very friendly! Very Pleased-dont change what you're doing.

Love this Chickfila! Great fast service! Thank you for continuing to clean and sanitize all surfaces! I walked into the bathroom today to see 2 employees wiping every surface down and I was super impressed! Thanks ladies!!

The Chick-fil-A in Gurnee the food was very good but when I ordered two number twos with the meal he gave me a third drink and charged me and I did not like that and I talked to him I said two drinks but I had to repeat it and I didn't I did not like that at all some people have to listen what they're saying instead of talking to other coworkers or to other coworkers

i love walking into chick-fil-a once and week and seeing ava’s cheesy smile from the door. i don’t have many friends but ava makes me feel like we’re cousins. i’m so lonely until i walk into chick-fil-a and i get a good morning from ava!!!!! thank you chick-fil-a for giving me a home a can count on!

One of the workers named Rachel was very nice and friendly! My siblings and I had the pleasure to place our order with her 🤗 It helped that she was kind and patient with us since it was our first time looking and ordering from their menu 🥰 Would come back again!

Very very friendly staff. Eager to help and serve and even help you with suggestions in case you are trying for the first time at their location.
Parking is enough to accommodate mostly all guests for diners.

They take pride in their work. The spicy chicken sandwich was definitely raised by two parents. There's not one bad thing on this menu. Bring back the breakfast bagel thoooo!

Great food, great service, and family-owned. A good safe place to bring children and enjoy a healthy, delicious and quick meal.

Staff is always friendly and attentive to detail with food specifications. Food was hot and fresh. Only thing is it's hard to get refills, you either stand in the line again or on the side but they are usually too busy with the long line of customers that I just end up leaving without one.

While eating in the food is always hot!
When picking up curbside the food is ready and brought out in decent time.
Bathrooms are always clean. They even have a step stool so one doesn't have to hold their child to wash their hands.
