Heard about Jeff through a neighbor... he is awesome! Can't say enough good things about him and his business. He's fair, honest, and knows his stuff. Very reasonable. Does a great job and was in touch with us throughout the process. Will be referring family & friends to Jeff, without hesitation!!!

Many of the reviews here speak of specific services that Jeff and his team have performed and the great service that comes with it. I want to just say that my whole life I’ve always leased cars because I’m terrified of mechanical problems once they are out of warranty. I’ve seen way to many instances of family members and friends getting screwed by a mechanic or at the very least overpaying for service. Since being referred to Jeff by a “car guy” I’m good friends with, I can proudly say none of the cars in my family are leased because Jeff’s Auto is a place that I can completely trust to fix things correctly and for a fair price. Jeff prides himself on explaining to the customer what is wrong, what needs to be fixed and what they did to fix it. I’ve learned some cool things about my car and I can say that when I need service I ABSOLUTELY TRUST JEFF’S AUTO.

I brought my work van to Jeff's for emergency repair, being a small business owner with one vehicle is very stressful when your means of transportation breaks down and you can't work. Jeff went absolutely above and beyond what I expected, he got in early and worked all day to fix my issues and get me back on the road asap! I cannot stress enough how important that is and his guys are top notch as well! My new go to for auto repairs, thanks guys!!

If you want want your vehicle fixed properly and timely you have found the place to get your vehicle repaired! When you bring your vehicle in he doesn't falsely tell you that there are other things wrong to make more money! He is kind and honest. It is hard find those qualities every day Life, but a business that has those qualities is like finding a needle in a haystack I wouldn't bring any of my vehicles any where else!

Its difficult to find a good mechanic that you can trust with your car and your pocketbook. I have never had anything but amazing experiences at Jeff's auto over the past decade. Through my own cars and now my entire family's. I would beyond reccommend this shop to anyone in need!

Found Jeff’s Auto thru recommendations on FB and Nextdoor. I’ve had my car serviced on 2 occasions now and I will not go anywhere else. Honest, reliable, and great work! I’ve tried other places in the area and so far they don’t compare. I have plenty of mechanic friends but not close by. If you need work done give this place a try.

Jeff & Lance are both extremely knowledgeable, super friendly & fairly priced. Been there multiple times now and have no issues going back.

By far the best mechanic shop around. I would not take my car anywhere else. They helped me get through my emissions test and spent countless amount of hours working on my vehicle for me. They are honest and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this shop.

I was told by Firestone that I needed my water pump replaced, and they gave me an estimate of over $600. But Jeff has been working on my ex husband's cars for 20 years, and I took it to him because I knew he'd give me a fair estimate, and he's so trustworthy that he'd tell me if it actually needed to be replaced. It turns out that it did, and Jeff's price was half of what Firestone's was, and he replaced my gas cap and filled my wiper fluid for free. Oh, forgot to add, i dropped by car off at 8:30 am and they had my repair done by 2:30 that same day. Honestly, you'll never find better service than Jeff's Auto.

Jeff has been my mechanic for over 15yrs. He is honest & knows cars ! When I first started taking my car to Jeff, I would call my brother (also a mechanic but in Florida) and have him diagnose my car & sure enough.....Jeff would be saying the SAME EXACT THING!! I don't need to call my brother now that I've learned what an honest & fair mechanic he is & have a lot of respect for his integrity and genuine drive to want to help. Thank You Jeff for all the years of service and always going above and beyond! You are truly ONE-OF-A-KIND 👍

I have a Cadillac CTS and I'm very picky as to who fixes my car. I believe in ethical and honest work. After so many years of trying to find a mechanic to trust I finally found him at Jeff's Auto Services. He's honest and will tell you exactly the diagnosis of the problem. His work has never seem to disappoint me. I now live in Glenview IL. which is an hour away from his shop and I still go to him to for repairs. If you are reading this, it's probably because you haven't found that mechanic you can trust. And believe me when I tell you this, you will not be disappointed. He cares for what he does and what his shop stands for. If you been to his garage his awards speaks volumes. Every time I go there I don't feel like a customer, I feel like I'm part of the family. I asked Jeff one time "Why doesn't he hire any help?" His response was, "I don't trust anyone but myself to do the work." If you're reading this Jeff, good job and keep up the good work!
