Paula is amazing she’s always so kind & is a great worker jumpzone staff appreciates everything she does for us! she’s always by herself yet always on time & in great condition!:-)

Ordered delivery on the PizzaHut website. Food was delivered by a wonderful DoorDasher named William who was very pleasant and engaging. Food was absolutely delicious (ordered the Melts and Cinnabon) and arrived on time and at the perfect temperature. Was very satisfied with all of the communication I received about my order. Thank you!!

Your product is delicious and always consistent. Your staff is kind and good natured. My last three orders for pick up I’ve talked to Paula (I think) in Crystal Lake IL and she is awesome. But all three of my last orders I’ve waited almost two hours for my pizza. I get that demand is high and I get that staffing issues are rampant (I work in recruitment) but maybe adjust your technology to accommodate staffing / production issues? Don’t tell me an hour for my pizza and then make me wait another hour in the car in front of the pick up store. I am a fairly consistent customer and I don’t mind the wait but it would be great if the tech could help me plot an appropriate timeframe for pickup.

Picked up a takeout order Saturday night. Order was ready and the person helping me out was super friendly. Food was still hot by the time I got home after a 20 minute car ride. Fantastic service!

We've had Paula as the cashier when we go to pick up our pizza multiple times and she is so much fun! She has great customer service and is always smiling!

created an order for pickup at closing, and i was running a few minutes late. called and talked to a woman who was so kind and understanding, and didn’t mind me being late. she was so nice! i apologize for forgetting her name, but i thank her so so much!

It was a nasty cold rainy night when I ordered my pizzas. A hard working and very polite young woman came out in that nasty weather to verify that who I was and then brought me the pizzas. I feel for these people in these hard times. Hang in there all you Pizza Hut employees!!! This customer appreciates you!!

Whichever guy worked tonight is the NICEST man alive. Seriously so kind to us, brought our food out to our car even. I’m not sure if he was a manager or what, but we will definitely go back because of him!

Ordered a veggie pizza on-line. It was ready when I arrived to pick up the pizza. When I got home the pizza was still hot and DELICIOUS!!!!!
