There's always seating available, service is quick, the food quality is very good and consistent and they've always addressed any issues with take-out orders. Also appreciate the drink machine with flavor choices!

Delicious! Didn't feel sick at all from grease or anything. It was yummy and the restaurant was clean! I love the unlimited refills on drinks and they have healthy options instead of just soda!

I would love to shoutout “Mary” for her amazing hospitality And customer service. I was sitting in the lobby because I was waiting for my girlfriend to show up. I haven’t tried to place before so I was excited and then suddenly Mary walked up to me and checked in on me. I told her I was alright and I knew what I was gonna be order. She smiled and stepped away and came back shortly afterwards to double check. She even asked to bring me a cup but I couldn’t stand to have her walk back and forth so I met her halfway. She even complimented my korn tattoo. Eventually I ordered and the man taking my order was polite and didn’t charge me for the drink Mary gave me so I think we’ll keep that one to ourselves. I enjoyed the food and the everything about this location. Definitely coming back soon enough

Delicious their butter noodles are amazing with the parmesan crusted chicken. Steak stroganoff is very good also. Never a disappointment.

Food is good, their new limited time chicken parmesan was delicious and Heri at this location is amazing, with great customer service.

Shy was amazing! Super helpful and considerate, especially because I'm injured, and she made she I knew that I could let her know if I needed anything!

I've ordered for pick up here a few times when I used to work in the area and I was always glad that my food was ready when I arrived to pick it up. Everything was so good and nice and warm when I ate it. Sometimes, I'd drag it back home with me and it was still warm when I'd arrive. I was always able to find a parking spot when I'd go to pick up my food and was in and out within moments. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be sure to stop in and get some more yummy noodles!

The team at this location is wonderful! I had an issue at a previous visit and they went way above and beyond to make it right! Food was delicious! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Great management! 0 stars for the soggy paper straws-YUK- but that has nothing to do with them;)

We eat here a couple times a month and have always had a consistently good meal. We order online for pickup and our order is always ready and waiting for us. The staff here is really kind and the place is always kept clean.

There was an issue with our online order not going through to the store. The General Manager, Heri, fixed the problem right away and got our order made quickly. Great experience!

I love this place, the Wisconsin Mac and cheese with grilled chicken and then add some ranch at home??? Smacks. Rice krispies are BIG and taste GREAT. It can be pricey when it’s for more than one person I guess, but decent rewards system for freebies on their app. Eat here!

I called and placed an order with their call service. When I arrived to the store location they told me they had no record of my order or any information whatsoever. At first I was told there was nothing they could do and that was it. I called the call center back and informed them that my order had not gone through to the store and after checking my bank account they actually charged me twice. At this point I was never going to go back to Noodles and Company again. The call center put me through to the store a second time and the shift manager Shy did an amazing job rectifying the situation and making me a repeat customer. Dealing with three people, two from the store and one at the call center only one of them insured my future business and the future of the company in the long run.

Khari is absolutely the best employee I’ve ever came across. COMPLETELY worthy of a huge raise. I come in quite often and I am never disappointed, but this time I was blown away. Very polite and loves his job. I would love to see him as a manager in the near future.

The staff made it right tonight! I had a mix up on the automated order line and manager remained calm and adjusted the order without having to do so. Great job Noodles team in Crystal Lake!

The "caulifloodles" are fantastic! They're my new favorite. This visit I had my kids' noodles replaced with them too. My son (8) said his mac and cheese was way better this time. It was the first time he actually finished it all. My daughter (6) always loves the buttered noodles but also said she liked the cauliflower better. Veggie win!

Okay, so since I found out they now offer Zoodles (zucchini noodles) options I've had 3 meals there in the last 2 weeks! I like all 3 signature zoodle dishes equally and now to delve into regulars and sub the Zoodles for .75 - you can't go wrong! Thank you for offering tasty and healthy 'fast food' options! I now also skip the bread, fabulous as it is, and order meatballs that even my kid likes. I'm not a food app person but I added their app and am collecting those rewards too! Every restaurant I've ever been in was clean and staff friendly.

I was not satisfied with my order, i called & it was fixed immediately! The employees were very nice, courteous and fast! Great place!
