I originally rented a unit at a different facility managed by the same people. That unit did not meet my standards at all. I asked for full refund and was given a full refund. I ended up renting a unit from a different location they had and I’m very pleased. The managers have been very helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. The new unit in crystal lake was just what I needed. Thanks for working with me on my situation I had .

Marc is amazing!
The whole process took very little time and I did it all over the phone with him and he was very thorough!
He was very professional and got me in my large 10x30 unit in the matter of 15 minutes!
So the facility is very well run and very secure and so convenient!
I just called him back today to rent another 10x20 unit!

Marc was very helpful getting us the sized units we needed and when our semi truck arrived the next day he helped to alert me and allowed the truck to park next to our unit until I arrived to unload. Plenty of toom for large semi to access. Above and beyond helpful.

Just came back to this facility due to the New Ownership. A Complete 180 of what it used to be like. A special thanks to Mark C. The new manager of this facility for his crystal clear explanation and professionalism of how the facility works and operates. The other bonus is there investing money to bring the facility back up to date along with now paying bills and doing paperwork 100% online, gate access etc. Great job !

Marc was very helpful and knowledgeable about this property and I rented a unit remotely so I just drive up to my unit and do what I need to do.

Mark was friendly and helpful. The facility is easy to access, yet hidden from view of the public.

This property is now under new management with online storage reservations and convenient drive-up storage units. They are great to work with.

So far so good. Nice clean facility. I think with the new management there will only be a positive feedback
