Scottie is a master artist when it comes to designing and building custom motorcycles. He took my stock Harley Fat Bob and, starting with this blank canvas, turned it into a beast of a bike that never fails to turn heads. At the start of the project, he simply asked me what I wanted to achieve and he took my vision of a blacked out, muscle bike and turned it into a very powerful reality. If you want a one of a kind bike that stands out among the thousands of stock motorcycles on the road, you must simply drop your motorcycle off at American Motorcycle for an upgrade. Great service and incredible knowledge. I did a tranmission fluid change on my RK, and out came a large piece of metal. Not having lots of experience with what it might be, i saved my souvenir and brought it to Scottie at American Motorcycle. It took all of about 30 seconds and started asking me questions like if Ive had to recently adjust my clutch cable, which I did. He walked out back and brought over a with a throw out bearing kit. He said mine likey blew, and to bring in the bike in a week.

Next week came and had the bike towed so I wouldn't risk damaging anything further. While it was there i figured have them do the oil and primary fluids along with a new LED tail light. Figured it would take a couple of days even though he said it wont take long to fix. In Less than 24 hours Scottie called me up to come pick up the bike!

Amazing experience all around. You get what you pay for at the end of the day, and these guys are experts! Id highly recommended American Motorcycle to others looking for basic service to all out builds!

This shop is a "Godsent" for motorcycle safety inspection for Metro West. Without it we would be screwed and forced to go elsewhere! Thank you Scottie & American Motorcycle Service staff! I am grateful!

Amazing Customer service and Scott has got talent to do the best. Great guy to work with. I am a starter when it comes to Riding motorcycles and Scott helped me all the way from getting my motorcycle ready to keeping me safe on the road. He is man of his word. Scott and his mechanic's are the best !!!! Scott Went out of his way to help me out on the side of the road . They towed my bike on a seconds notice and Fixed the issue within a few hours . I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who has a motorcycle and needs any routine maintenance and service . Fast reliable service ! Thanks Again !

7/9 Update- I received a phonecall this morning saying the owner took a look at my bike personally to make sure it got taken care of before the 5 week wait. Turned out to not be a nightmare to fix, or an outrageous cost. I'm looking forward to picking it up, and appreciate the help from the shop to get me squared away sooner than expected. Give it a shot, everyone seemed really kind and caring despite the business aspect.

7/8- The shop was very helpful towing me, same day when I had trouble, but that was before I found out the shop is booked out 5 weeks of the riding season.

If you are going to tow someone make sure they understand how long their property will be held, and if they don't just make sure you ask even if distressed.

I suggest not trying to kill two birds with one stone and get work/inspection done during riding season at a shop, unless you are prepared for a wait. Lesson learned as a new rider. Have a safe season everyone!

Scott the owner is great. He did right by me after his employee made the huge mistake of not tightening the oil pan screw properly which came out while I was riding on rt 9. Which caused lot of problems. However, after Scott found out what happened, he reimbursed me for all my money and did the oil change himself. He also ended up firing that employee which shows how seriously he takes his work. He did everything he could to make me happy for the whole incident. He is a good man and I though I took care of the negative review weeks ago. He deserves 5 stars.

Odd, I heard thousands go down after bikes are sold from the factory.....Scott is the best around. What I don't do myself I have him do. I trust no one else. Great for parts too. Comparable to or lower than stealer.

Went there for my motorcycle inspection. Very courteous and amazing customer service from Scotty and the team. Also they have the best harley collection out there. They do all custom work on Harleys. Work of art in my eyes. Highly recommend

If you are a gearhead and like to have a one of a kind piece of art as your ride.. this is THE place to go. Amazing service. Always very open to give advise. They very much know what they are doing.. They should have their own TV show..

Went here for a photography workshop with David Lee Black Studios. The bikes are amazing and we had a great time at the workshop. They are amazing at what they do!

Place is a little tough to find, but worth the hunt. Scott helped me with an opinion on a bike I was looking to purchase. Nice group, with a good setup.

After not having been professionally serviced for quite some time I had some work done at American plus full service. I couldn't be happier as the bike hasn't run this well in quite some time.

Scottie is super helpful. Has a ton of knowledge and is always coming up with great ways to improve your ride.
