Aesthetic Smile Reconstruction

I have always been terrified of going to the dentist after bad experiences with my childhood dentist. I have been having pain recently went for my first appointment last week. I am extremely pleased with the care received and was able to deal with x-rays for the first time in my life with the kindness and patience of Emily and nitrous! I have surgery on Tuesday to fix my problem and although I'm nervous, I'm not freaked out terrified for the first time in my life (I'm 71). In totally trust Dr. Sutera and his wonderful staff to see me through it.

I had my first appointment today at Aesthetic Smile Reconstruction and it was such an amazing experience. The entire staff; Diana, Heidi, Dr. Charles and McKenzie were so committed, attentive, kind and made the entire visit so comforting. The appointment, visit and follow up were so well planned by Diana. Heidi was exceptionally caring and attentive during the x-rays. Dr. Charles was very thorough with the examination and patiently explained the process, procedures and timeline of the next visits. And McKenzie (hygienist), did an amazing job. She was so genial and made the entire experience a breeze. The entire experience was more of a spa day than a dental visit. You guys and gals rock and kudos to your team. I am excited for my next visit and until then, thank you for being the best.

Stress of life bound up my jaw and I was recommended to see Dr Sutera for TMJ. Still being treated, but was able to eat my first piece of corn on the cob this month in over 2 years of suffering. Lovely office and polite staff contribute to a very comfortable experience! I’ve had my share of grumpy dentists in my lifetime and Dr Sutera is the most calm, informative, gentle, and warming person you’ll ever meet. Highly recommend!!!

Aesthetic Smile Reconstruction has the best staff & Dr. Sutera is incredibly kind and knowledgable. I came to Dr. Sutera for help with a few fillings after some serious dental trauma and not being able to get numb with local anesthesia. Dr. Sutera went above and beyond to patiently listen to my concerns and made a plan to help me get the care I needed - pain free! Our first appointment was today for my daughter and first impression was great from the warm welcome to the end. Dr. Sutera and Heidi (I believe that was her name sorry) made my daughter feel comfortable during her appointment. Dr. Sutera’s bedside manner was exceptional.

I‘be had a lot of dental issues and I have never felt as comfortable as I was at Dr. Sutera’s office. He spent over an hour with me, going over my treatment options and he has been the only dentist to be able to quiet my pain and anxiety. The staff is equally helpful and knowledgeable, and they made sure to squeeze me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. I am very grateful to have found this practice! Highly recommend!

Dr Sutera and his team are experienced in dealing with people with anxiety. They are calm and kind and their communication with my husband and myself are excellent. Overall going to the dentist is pretty rough but the skilled team @ Aesthetic Smile Reconstruction make it easy. Everyone is pleasant to deal with and they take great care of you while you're sedated. After the second appointment I can say my mouth has never felt better and my teeth have never looked better. I look forward to coming here for everything including my routine care.

Doctor Sutera is the best. If you suffer with TMJD issues, I highly recommend him. He’s helped me more in a couple months than anyone has helped me in the last 9 years. I have seen an extremely significant improvement in my chronic migraines since seeing him.

Ever since I broke my jaw 9 years ago, I have had chronic migraines, every single day. They got worse over the years and then plateaued. But over the last 6 or 7 years, at the least, I have been unable to do anything exciting. Everything loud or fun would give me a headache or aggravate the one that I already had. They’ve severely limited my capabilities to do basically everything.

I’ve seen (at least) 2 primary care doctors, 2 neurologists, 2 TMJ Dentists, 1 orthodontist, 2 Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeons, 2 Physical Therapists, 1 Chiropractor, 1 General Surgeon, 2 Endodontists all in search for a cure/treatment for my chronic migraines. I’ve also tried numerous different medications of all types to try and treat them as well.

Doctor Sutera has helped me more in the last couple of months than all of those doctors and medications helped me over the course of the last 9 years.

I had my initial consultation and was very impressed. The office is very calming and everyone was poised to put me at ease. I wish I could say I'm looking forward to my treatment but it truly will be the best place have my fears and dental issues addressed.

Since my first post I have had several appointments. I was right, this practice is the best place for me. Kindness, genuine concern and personal attention give me strength to return and continue treatment. I highly recommend!

Let me start by saying I honestly don’t write many reviews unless I feel the place really deserves it....that being said this place is great and I highly recommend it!! I am someone who has always struggled with anxiety about the dentist and from the moment I made a phone call to Dr. Sutera’s office I felt at ease.

Everyone in the office is super nice and helpful starting with Ashley at front desk. She is quick to answer emails and is helpful with anything you need.

Dr. Sutera and his hygienist Heidi are both very personable and have great bed side manner. They make you feel comfortable right away and make sure through everything you are doing ok. For someone who had put off going to the dentist for so long I am personally so happy to have found them it has changed my life for the better.

I have already recommended them to multiple people but if you want great dental care and are someone like me who has put it off because of having anxiety or being scared check this place out! You won’t be disappointed.

I have a crippling fear of the dentist, but Dr. Sutera and his whole team go to great lengths to make every visit as calm and comfortable as possible. The facilities are really up to date and comfortable, and Dr. Sutera encourages questions and is happy to take as many breaks as I need (I do all my general dentistry here). I'm so lucky to be a patient in this practice. I drive from Boston to Waltham to see them, and I would drive three times as far if I needed to.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly! They genuinely want to take care of you and their recommendations are what fits you best not what’s best for the business (unlike the previous dental office I was at)! Thank you everyone for your help, care, recommendations and never thought I’d say It but I’m looking forward to my dental visit to repair my teeth! Absolutely would recommend Aesthetic Smile Reconstruction to friends, family and anyone else who is anxious to see a dentist or want amazing care in general!

My son has been so happy coming to this office. The only health care professional he does not have an anxiety attack going to see. They are phenomenal!! My son has completed 4 out of 6 visits and we were able to drop him off and pick him up and not stay the entire time as he is now so comfortable with them!

Everything from the check-in process, the x rays and exam and talking with Dr. Sutera, Heidi, and Ashley was great. They made everything very easy and comfortable. I highly recommend their office to anyone who may have as much anxiety about the dentist as I do.

This practice is first rate top notch service and expertise from Ashley the office manager to the dental surgeon. After multiple promises with lackluster delivery from various healthcare professionals my son could not believe the dentist himself called him the night before and the night of his dental surgery. Dr.Sutera, Heidi and Wendyanne are wonderful! I'm a patient of Dr. Sutera and he is the best dentist I've ever experienced here in town! I've been too many dentist! But Dr. Sutera is kind, compassionate, brilliant, caring and a wonderful humble dentist and human being! His Love and passion for his work is outstanding!
