This was an absolutely amazing experience! I was stressed because I didn't know the gender and the party was 2 days away! I walked in, and they immediately recognized my angst and did the most amazing job setting me up with the cutest outfit and accessories, I picked out a book to go along and they sent me off to do the rest of my errands while they WRAPPED my gift too!! I highly recommend Pitter Patter!! Thank you! And BRAVO!!

The best place to shop for the little ones. Great quality and selection. The owner, Colleen, is a gem. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and spends as much time with you as you need. She makes picking out gifts a pleasure. She will even help you via phone or will facetime with you and walk you through the store virtually and will even ship! The gift wrapping is beautiful.

This is the best place to shop for special gifts, books, clothes, and plush animals for little munchkins! I went in looking for an idea for my grandaughter and came out with an amazing gift that was gift wrapped with care! The best place to shop for the littles that you love. Absolutely adorable girls' AND boys' clothes, which I think is hard to find! Great spot for nicer outfits of good quality, as well as gifts for little ones and expectant moms. The ladies at the counter were friendly, helpful, and warm.

Beautiful selection of baby clothes and items. Fair pricing as a lot of the items are exclusive clothing and brand name. Will definitely be stopping in to add to my bamboo baby pj collection!

This is a fabulous store where you can buy beautiful baby and toddler and young children's clothing. There are also great children's books and plush animals to go with those books. The service and the gift wrapping is wonderful. Best place to shop for children's clothing and gifts

Thoroughly disappointed with their customer service! I always support local! It's important in a small community to keep local businesses thriving! That being said after my experience I will NEVER shop their again! Mislead on why something was on clearance by a blatant lie when realized they are sun worn and going to be insufficient they wouldn't do a return for even store credit! The best they'd offer is 20% off anewpair which would be a 1/4 of what I spent

I've lived downtown for over 10 years. Worst place that I've ever had an experience from, Pitter Patter. Here's what happened, this is from my other half and the experience that we had with my daughter and boots that we bought...

Looking for honest opinions here as I was thoroughly disappointed in a local business today! I recently walked around town with my 23month old whom needed some boots but we had a very difficult time finding ones in her size, after multiple try ons we finally found a pair but low and behold even on clearance they're 42$.....I cave and buy them anyway after a not so happy toddler is done and I love to support local so truly dont mind the small markup. I go outside and immediately notice a color difference in the light of day so I bring my very upset toddler back into the store to point out I hadn't noticed the difference but was concerned why the difference I was told they're supposed to be color changing but one will not adjust I said okay thank you they're a lot of money for tiny boots just wanted to make sure. When we get home I notice it isn't due to color changing they're worn from sun exposure and an area on the boot is separating from seam and cracks so they won't last long at all just difficult to notice. NOT COLOR CHANGING at all.....I go for an exchange or even store credit and was told the only thing they would do is 20% off and brand new pair. Not the 42 spent.....I just left very disappointed and sadly won't shop there again
