Faouzi has been the best representative I have every worked with in any field. He’s attentive to every detail, always accessible when I need to make a change to my plan, and overall extremely pleasant in every interaction I’ve ever had with him. Once I had to add a specific coverage to my plan and he not only called me a minute after my inquiry, but had all the finite details completed in less than an hour for a complex filing. I would HIGHLY recommend Faouzi to anyone!

When we moved to northern Maine back in 2009 it was not long after that we met Faouzi. He became our insurance agent. We could always count on Faouzi to be friendly and helpful. In April 2015 we lost our home and 2 vehicles in a fire. Faouzi was a comfort and friend. We have no desire to work with anyone else for our insurance needs. We trust Faouzi as he genuinely cares and that is true treasure to find. We call him our friend.
