The best customer service by a gentleman working at 12pm today, Saturday Nov.18 2023. I did not catch his name, but he was so kind. He made the shopping experience so comfortable for my dog and I, especially with the way the neighborhood has been lately it was much appreciated. 10/10 for this guy! Thank you!

This store is much better than Family Dollar, tons of variety for your buck. The aisles are very long, but a bit not separated. There are also restrooms and tons of items in the freezer sections, including essentials such as milk and dairy. There is a problem with the beef jerky though, as there is a weird white packet inside. Overall it is a bang for your buck.

To see the peaceful and law-abiding community of Bangor lose this store would be a crying shame. What an excellent location for a store like this! The crew that is running the place does an excellent job of keeping the shelves stocked and maintaining cleanliness. The manager seems to be keeping labor costs low so you won't have to talk to thirty different employees when you go for a can of tasty soup or a few rolls of paper towels. There is a good selection of items and peoples shouldn't take this place for granted, especially if there is some kind of natural disaster or something. What with America's drinking water problem, I often pick up a case of bottled water here. What other business could go here, a gun store? I don't think so!

Store is clean and well lit, far better than the nasty dingy family dollar next to it. However being in the highest crime/worst neighborhood in Bangor, expect to be harassed by homeless/vagrants/jaggerbombs/drifters as soon as you get out of your car. Parking lot also had urine and beached submarines in the corner with their signed manifests nearby

Don't always have everything I need in stock. Don't have clearance marked. Employees are a hit or miss with friendliness.

Worse customer service! I went into the store at 9:45. They close at 10. I needed 4 items and knew what I was getting. I grab a basket the lady working turns around and makes it a point to yell to me we close in 10 minutes. I said I know it's on your door, it's posted what time you close? I said you have 10 cars in parking lot I'm not sure why your making it a point to only tell me. She goes there isn't 10 people I'm here? I said okay but 10 is 15 mins away and I will gone by then. She goes well you better hurry up. I said excuse me? She just kept "acting busy". I go down to the gain isle she comes walls past me and yells again! We close in 2 minutes. I said yea? My clock says 9:51. I said are you just stalking me or everyone else? She goes I just yelled it in the entire store, everyone needs to go. I said we'll its starting to feel personal I know exactly what I'm getting and I'm quick. She goes it's not personal, I was followed and yelled at twice in the store so you can kinda see where I think that right? She goes everyone has common courtesy I had to chase after you. I'm dumbfounded at this point. I said mam I don't know ifyou think I'm someone else of not but I had all my products within 7 minutes. It's not like I'm making you stay late? Truly truly disappotinted ryand a sad excuse for customer service. Still mind blowing. I just cant get over it! I do my weekly coupons here and never have a problem with them. Sad.

Dont know what others expectations are of good customer service but this is not it. Worst customer service ever. Spent friday night, all day Saturday and all day sunday trying to get through to the store to either have them not answer or answer and hang up the after a few seconds. No way to run a business.

Disappointing that Bangor let yet another dollar store open in the downtown area and this is right next door to Family Dollar. As usual no fresh food and you can get better value for your money just up the street at Shaws or Hannaford

Store is a disorganized mess and impossible to shop on. Employees are also rude who will snap at you for the smallest thing and made snappy, rude demands when after you already answered. Unless I have to be here when I’m work, I will be avoiding this store. If I could give negative stars, I would
