Hotel Indigo Boston - Newton Riverside

This was a super swanky hotel. Great price and located a short walk from the trolley line. Staff was very friendly and restaurant was not bad. Soft beds and loved the shower with optional stationary and hand held. Great water pressure which with thick hair was awesome! The walk at night from trolley stop is not well lit the last stretch but felt safe in the area.

This is one of the best hotels in the Newton area. Nice, convenient room/ suit. Comfortable bed with a no of pillows. Modern bathroom with all the amenities. Free toiletries and enough amount of towels are supplied. All the lighting in the room is just perfect. Only problem I found is that, it’s not supplied with a hair drier ! Also, no microwave and fridge ( at least in the room where I stayed). However, I did not try asking the front desk persons either. The view from the room is so nice and the big window is just perfect for that. The hotel has pool, restaurant, conference room etc all the amenities. However, I could not find a vending machine for a quick supply of a bottle of soda. The room service and the Internet is absolutely perfect. I definitely recommend the hotel for your next stay.

Stayed for 3 night in March. This is a great hotel: the location is very convenient, the room are tastefully furnished and clean. The gym is well equipped and very well maintained as well. The restaurant on the main floor is quite a happening place with a busy bar. I ate there twice and both time the service and food was excellent. The room prices are very competitive, best quality/price ratio. BONUS: free parking!

The room was beautiful, the staff well trained and genuine. The shuttle driver was excellent and the bartender was equally wonderful. My stay was 2 days. Breakfast was good, fast and efficient. I left the DND on my door for my stay but the room was beautifully spotless when I checked in.
Intent to recommend, intent to revisit and stay again.

This hotel is quiet in spite of being close to the I-95 and I-90. The rooms are well appointed with nice bathroom amenities from Aveda. The bathroom is snug but the shower is quite large. The bed has extremely comfy and my king bed also had king pillows. The decor is modern. The room is large enough for 2 relaxing chairs and cabinets are all nicely placed giving a lot of storage space if needed.

It is a short walking distance to the T’s Green Line Route D so it’s super convenient to get to Boston. The Riverside stop is the end of the line so there’s always a seat in the morning. The parking is handy and while we were here the charge was $10. I booked in early May 2019 before they implemented the parking fee. I was charged this fee and when I pointed out that it wasn’t noted in my confirmation, the manager removed the charge which I appreciated.

It's in a nice location,the rooms were clean and of decent size, and I like the fact that they use all AVEDA products. The roof top Pools were by far the highlight for my family. The staff was friendly and we met some Nice People. The Breakfast is also really good.

We rented a party room for a Boston College graduation event. The appetizers and main meal we're absolutely amazing. The drinks were strong but delicious. The patio space is beautiful, even though it was a little chilly outside. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Awesome place to host an event!

This hotel is situated in quite area away from the city hustle bustle but you are only 2 mins away from the train station to the city. They have a rooftop bar and pool. I attended an event here. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the turnout. We had to wait a long time for the food to arrive. Food and drinks were good. The desserts were delicious!

Great location with easy access to 90 and 95. Rooms decorated in a modern fashion with a clean appearance. Only downside is they offer day passes for the pool which creates additional traffic in the elevators and makes parking a little more difficult. Interaction with hotel staff was excellent.

Great location for this hotel. Outstanding staff at the front desk. We had some eating problems and they did their best to take care of it. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, lovely food. The rooms were big and spacious.
Great location for Needham where we were heading.
Only let down was the gym, it was on the small size and the machinery was quite old looking. But that didn't ruin my stay so I've not marked it down.

The service has been awesome (especially Ally). Its totally dog friendly. Our lil pup even got his own bed in the room. The pool was fun - good crowd, pretty good music. Not far from Boston, so you can go into the city if you want and the train station is right next to the hotel if you dont feel like driving.

Great staff and facilities love being able to walk to the T and not drive to Boston.

Adrienne checked us in and couldn't have been nicer or more professional which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom had lovely modern facilities.

We will definitely be back a real gem and easier to stay here than in Boston at half the price.

While I have not stayed at the hotel indigo, I have eaten there and spent good times at the outdoor bar with friends. In New England, where summers are short, if you are looking for a pleasant setting where you can relax and enjoy excellent appetizers and drinks out by the pool, I highly recommend it. It’s a minute off of Route 95/128, right near the entrance To the mass pike so it is a very convenient meeting place. A few years ago, I put a client up at the hotel and she and her husband said it was great.

Small tight clean rooms. Small bathroom but shower stall has "patio glass doors" and you need mind the spray direction as your floor will be wet. I liked it. There's parking around back. We slept well in a smallish bed and looked out the window to a view of the emptied pool. I'll go back, maybe in the summer. It's near the Riverside Green Line T and you can get downtown with a quick transfer to the Red Line.

Pool was clean and clear. Loved the atmosphere. We ordered some apps that were really tasty. Make sure you bring your wallet. It's a little on the expensive side, but worth it.

The restaurant experience is excellent. Highly recommend dining there when staying at the hotel. Accommodations are her nice and comfortable and staff is top notch. I stayed during the winter and plan on coming back during the summer.

Booked for a last-minute trip. Great prices, excellent location. Checked in early with Cedrick who offered a free room upgrade. When my purse was stolen in Columbus Park during my stay, staff was compassionate and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed until the stolen personal items could be restored or replaced.

We live in the Boston area and were looking for a room on short notice after our power company had failed to restore power to our home after repeated promises to do so. There were plenty of other families there in the same same situation and the check-in clerk was operating under a lot of pressure. Just as we reached the head of the line we learned that our power was restored. Even though on the phone we had reserved and paid for a room and the cancellation fee was the same amount as the room rate, he agreed to cancel the reservation at no cost to us. My wife and I were were grateful, and very impressed with his grace under pressure. We would certainly return to this hotel again if we had the need.

Very nice hotel. Great rooms with detail, a very cool sculpture/art piece called Celeste in front of the entrance and the hotel is conveniently located next to a mall which can be accessed through the parking garage. The restaurant on site was amazing and I would definitely stay here when visiting Boston/Cambridge again.
