Stayed over BC family wknd. Staff was very quick to help w check-in. Lovely interior, well maintained. Very clean, comfortable room w fully stocked own kitchen. Quiet for sleeping, short drive to restaurants, groc, coffee…Great value for your money & much cleaner & cozier than brand name hotel rooms.

I have stayed for 1 week and i have seen no one at the reception. The room has not been cleaned during our stay.When we put the “Please make the room" sign to the door, we found only clean towels in a plastic bag in front of our door. However, the hotel is located in a very nice area, right in front of Charles river. The room was big enough, beds are comfortable. Area is only 20 min away from Boston downtown by car. There is also a bus 505 from Downtown.

Great suite rooms. Nearly a full kitchen, a living room area, and the beds are super comfy. Coffee maker, full fridge, dishwasher all in the kitchen. Great location with only a few steps to the river with beautiful views. Seamless check in/ check out process. Highly recommend!

Great little pet friendly, hotel right on the Charles River & not too far from Boston Logan for airport pickup. I only spent 1 night here to pick up a friend from an early morning flight but, my stay was lovely. Comfy bed, spacious suite with kitchen, clean, and greeted by friendly staff. I can't not speak for any breakfast, as it was still not being served due to COVID times.

This is a great place to stay!! The room was very very clean and spacious. It looks exactly like the photos. I was here for 4 days and I really enjoyed having a full kitchen. The area is very quiet and within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants. Due to covid restrictions breakfast is not served at the hotel at this moment. I am sure that will change soon. There is a great diner nearby called Heidi’s Restaurant that has wonderful breakfasts!!

Excellent option in the Waltham area. Very cozy room with separate bedroom, kitchen/dining area.

Fabulous place! Very clean and quiet, with large and comfortable rooms that featured full, nicely-appointed kitchens. Staff were all super-helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Complimentary breakfast offered very good freshly-made options (scrambled eggs, potatoes, meats), plus cereals, pastries, fresh fruits. Lovely walking path behind hotel. We stayed at Crescent Suites for four nights, and really enjoyed ourselves. Our party of four, who had stayed in two separate rooms, unanimously gave the hotel five-star reviews. We will definitely stay there again.

I am SO happy I chose this location for an overnight in the Boston area. Nice rooms at a great rate and the property is backed by the charles river and walking trails. It's also a short walk to every kind of food you could want...I will be back!

Lovely gem outside Boston in a residential area right on the river. Full kitchen, very clean and comfortable. Full breakfast (with lattes if you like)! Fruit available all day in the cozy lobby, and delicious Snickerdoodles in the afternoon! Very nice staff. Privately owned and has everything the big boys have and more!

I had the great pleasure of staying at the Crescent Suites Hotel on two occasions. Both times were absolutely wonderful. It is immaculately clean, quiet, and comfortable and the staff is warm, helpful, friendly, and supportive. The kitchens in the suites are better stocked than my my own home kitchen with everything in the world one could possibly need to cook, bake, or whatever! My circumstances were such that I needed to use their laundry facilities on an almost daily basis and they were always available and they supplied the detergent and the quarters! There is always a cappuccino waiting to be made for you, fresh fruit, freshly baked cookies, and menus from local restaurants that deliver delicious food right to your room. I enjoyed walking in the park right behind the hotel along the Charles river and there was a beautiful giant white swan swimming peacefully and spreading its wings every time I walked along the path. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff. I love this place and I highly recommend it!

This is a "hidden gem" in Waltham. We almost walked right by it as it sits behind a large privacy hedge facing Crescent.
I reserved this because a was in Waltham without a car and wanted to be close enough to walk to Brandeis and the restaurants on Moody. This fit the bill.
Entering the small lobby reminded me of European hotels I've stayed in that were basically subdivided homes with tiny rooms. I was not thrilled to start.
However, once we took the elevator up to our floor, it was a different story. Large clean hallways led to a spacious room. This had all the basic amenities along with a seating area with a small table and a full kitchen for any extended stays.
Everything was very clean, the screened windows fully opened if you wanted some fresh air, and the room had no odd masked odors so many hotels have now.
There are nice walking trails behind the hotel for a hike along the Charles.
I was here during the Covid pandemic so really can't address some of the amenities that were curtailed for now. However, it was a nice hotel along with a very reasonable price.
I would definitely stay again next time i return.

Nice, big, and very clean rooms. Always kind & helpful people behind the front desk. Great breakfast with everything, pancakes, eggs, bacon & sausage. etc. Much nicer & cleaner than the Indigo where my wife made me go out and buy a bottle of Clorox to clean our shower with-because it had not been cleaned in the seven days we stayed there! Even the maids were helpful and courteous at the Crescent Inn!

There are not enough stars to rate this hotel. It is in a charming quiet location. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is on the Charles River a d has a walking trail behind it. It is within walking distance of downtown Waltham and all of its excellent restaurants. We stayed in an accessible room and appreciated the amount of detail put into making the room comfortable for someone in a wheel chair. Loved it!

What an amazing hotel. Every single person on staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean as a whistle. The coffee and breakfast were fabulous. So much better than a chain hotel. Take a walk behind the hotel to the river, its only steps away. I will definitely come back next time I am in town.

I'm very impressed. The rooms are very large complete with cable TV, a desk and chair, a small table and chairs, a full kitchen (full sized oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator). The bed is comfy and the bathroom is stocked with extras like mouthwash, q-tips, shoe mitts, hairdryer...
The staff is very friendly and the lobby walls are packed with restaurant and sight seeing information. Breakfast is included. The breakfast area is connected to the lobby. There are a few tables in the breakfast area and loads of goodies to choose from.
This place is cozy.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. We came from Ohio for the Boston Marathon. The staff helped us navigate the transit system and provided suggestions for places to watch the marathon. They also offered suggestions on dining and sites to see. They make cookies in the afternoon and offer bottles of water. The rooms are nice and clean. This is a great hotel! I highly recommend trying it out if you are staying in the Boston area!

Great place to stay. Clean and roomy. Large amount of car parking on site. Feels homely for less cost of the major chains. Great restaurants walking distance and close to Boston city. Highly recommend.

Fantastic little gem (30 rooms only) hidden within residential area of Waltham. Outstanding service which includes very tasty breakfast and a real coffee/espresso/etc. served upon request. Absolutely no giant snakes of any kind.

Wow, staying here, best choice! Everyone was so nice the rooms were amazing and the location is perfect. Hotels in Boston are crazy expensive. This hotel was one of the cheapest I found. I'm sure it was the best choice no matter how much you spend. Point is if I'm coming to Boston from here on out, I always know where to stay! I'll book with them directly too. They are always happy to help. The only thing we had to wait on was booking another night.

Nice little quaint place to stay. Didn't think much of the outside, but once I got inside to my room, it was wonderful. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again!
