I love my Ortho visits! Everyone is wicked friendly and down to earth.

Katherine is very delightful and great at what she does! She is careful so that i’m not poked with wires and also educates me to make sure I understand each process and what exactly they are doing.

The entire staff is actually the kindest, humorous and most professional and efficient of any entity I deal with regularly- and there are many at my age, 38! It’s not easy having braces as an adult but the staff truly make a difference!

I really loved this clinic and its team. The space is super kids-friendly and cozy. They receive the patients in such warm way! I came in a short notice as a new patient to fix my retainer and they promptly received me and had it fixed just before my travels.
The doctors were so professional and explained everything to me. They did an excellent job with my retainer! (When I say this I really mean it because I am a dentist as well!!)
Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone, including my family!

Dr. Defeo is an excellent, highly skilled dentist and has a great rapport with her patients. The dental hygienists are very caring and friendly and are well trained. We have come here for years since the kids were very little to now when they are in their teens. My kids just feel very comfortable here and have always had positive experiences. They have received outstanding dental care.

We have been with the Medford Center for years. They’ve been fabulous and have cared for our kids so, so well. One of our kids will be needing some extensive dental work and they are going above and beyond to care for her and our family. We love Dr. DeFeo and the entire staff. Daniela spent time helping us call our insurance company because there was a lot of confusion about our coverage. All in all, I highly recommend this office. We’ve not been disappointed!

Very patient and considerate with my two year old son. Performed appropriate diagnosis and treatment while minimizing needed restraint. Supportive toward me the parent to make it an overall good experience. Familiarized my son with dental equipment and use and made use of the T Rex that we brought along to model the process for him.

My son has been to the dentist before but has never gotten through even having his teeth counted. He got a full cleaning, scraping of tarter build up, and Dr. DeFeo and her WONDERFUL hygienist were so incredibly prepared for the challenges of a child on the spectrum. I was truly impressed and so pleased with the outcome. Instead of being anxiety inducing for me (mama) AND my little one, this was an easy, manageable, and effective experience. THANK YOU.

The Medford Center is an exceptional, professional office. It really pays to take your child to a pediatric specialist’s office. The doctors and staff have the patience, kindness and skills to make your child feel comfortable. My son has been coming here since he was a toddler - everyone knows him - they treat him like family! At 11, he looks forward to his visits every 8 weeks for an ortho check-up. The faces are all familiar and friendly - he knows everyone by name - there’s no staff turnover like you see in many offices. The Medford Center provides truly excellent care and service.
