Best Western Plus Waltham Boston

Everything nice and clean as expected, free breakfast with a common BW menu, this location has free parking as well. Cool features in this location are indoor pool and a restaurant (Copper House Tavern) on site. My room was on top floor with a balcony, I could see my car on parking lot, check actual gas price at local gas station (cool) and observe sunset over the local traffic (even more cool).

Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Larger rooms with refrigerator and microwave. Very nice larger gym on the lower level and a nice Indoor pool. Copper house tavern/Restaurant shares an entrance with the hotel lobby. Copper house tavern had the Best clam chowder that hubby and I have ever had. A must order if you go here. Also the food here was excellent you can't go wrong with whatever you order. Very nice place with easy access right off of I-95.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Main areas were clean. Our room was very nice. Beds were clean and comfortable. Was a little noisy but considering the area it was understandable. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Shower was amazing! Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Great atmosphere for a party, good drinks but everyone was disappointed by the abundance of crackers and cheese, and no food! Well some food, but not enough to keep a large crowd hungry at a birthday party.

Fantastic and very friendly staff. Their free breakfast is amazing, so many selections for food and drink.
Easy access to 95 and 90 from here.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. We were traveling for my college graduation and the hotel was able to provide things we forgot like a comb. Great amenities including the largest hotel pool I’ve seen in a long time, clean rooms and common areas. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. There was space to setup our suitcases as we stayed for a few days. Good food from breakfast area in the morning and a good restaurant on site. We had a great stay and will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!

Well i when to check and i see alot of bad review but guess what is not true the people always have to said something ..but the pool is amazing the room is good and plus free breakfast and they have burritos amazing coffe different kind of eggs they have many tings and the price is cheap i'm no going to mantion but i when to a different hotel and it was terrible ..compare to this .this is a castle ... awwww thank you and plus in the office the girls and employes was amazing ....thank you 😍

There’s a concentration of hotels in this area (quite literally am looking out off the balcony right now and can count at least 4 within walking distance) ~ I’ve stayed at all of them but this one is by far my favorite. The people who work here are consistently wonderful, and in an way that doesn’t feel like fake customer service. The restaurant is great, and I love that even when I checked in at 1 am it’s still full of people. It’s nice having a social spot right in the lobby. The pool is fantastic (seriously I’ve stayed at a much more expensive hotel about 2 minutes away, literally the same pool), and for me the rooms are great, especially for the price you pay. I love the balcony rooms, it’s nice to be able to open up your door and step out in the morning. Also I think I saw someone else mention that there’s cigarette smoke but I dont notice it at all in the room, and there’s literally smokers outside every hotel I’ve ever been to. I think all the hotels in this spot allow for smoking or non smoking rooms. I’m really bad with cigarette smoke (it usually makes me sick especially if it’s indoors) and trust me when I say it’s never been a problem. The location is perfect too. It’s right off the highway so wherever you’re visiting (Bostons less than 20 min away) the location can’t be beat especially for the money, and if you’re like me and often stay here for business, you’re less than 6 minutes away from two different places that are concentrated with all types of stores so whatever you need you can get. I’m writing this review laying in bed so I’m including a picture of the open balcony cause I’m so comfy. My go to hotel for sure.

What an awesome Best Western! Seriously, it's the nicest BW I have ever seen. It has a beautiful foyer. The woman who checked me in and out was so kind and hospitable. The breakfast area is fairly large, and they had a lot of variety. The gentleman who worked the breakfast shift was friendly and so prompt with refilling items and cleaning the area. He did an awesome job! They have a tasty restaurant attached as well, Copper Tavern. We ordered takeout from there and it was so good! The indoor pool is nice as well, very clean and maintained. The room was clean and spacious. For the price, this was a great value. If I am ever in the Boston area again, I will definitely be coming back! Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay BW! You guys are the best!!

Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I am giving 5 stars but just a caution…do not take a room by elevator. We were exhausted and didn’t realize how noisy it was until we were in bed. They would have moved us, but we were too tired.
Breakfast was plenty and hot and clean

We would stay here again. Price was great and the place was spotless, and bed comfortable. The staff was so friendly. The lady that checked us in made us feel very special and gave us some excellent recommendations for getting coffee, breakfast the next day, and where to go for dinner. There was a full breakfast the next day - the gentleman that organized the breakfast made sure everything was stocked and was on hand if we needed anything.

Huge king room, comfy bed, awesome breakfast included! Tavern right on site, great food, we had a great time!

This hotel has great amenities for the entire family. The pool was a bit chilly but awesome for the kids to enjoy. Work out room is fully functioning and great for my morning work out. Loved that their was a full tavern on site so we did not have to leave to eat. Food was amazing and staff great. The hotel staff is super accommodating and friendly. Had a room with a balcony which was icing on top.

Room was big. Pool was clean and warm (march). Breakfast was decent. Room was clean and likely recently updated. For $90 it was fantastic. 2 complimentary waters in room. Big breakfast selection. Comfy bed.

My family and I traveled to Massachusetts for our vacation from Missouri and this was our last stay in Massachusetts. The service was astounding and we were treated very well along with the hostess at the desk named Sam. He was very kind and very polite. The hotel itself was clean and nice as well the breakfast was nice and the pool was clean. Great family friendly service

I stayed here for 3 nights and could not recommend enough! First off there were the cheapest hotel in the area so price was excellent. Secondly, the hotel room was very clean and very quiet throughout the stay. The third thing is that there is a small mini mart filled with reasonable priced goods if you don't want to leave and theres a restaurant on the premise. Lastly the morning breakfast was glorious with a ton of items and all tasty. I cannot recommend enough and will be coming back next time when I am in town.
