Bret and his team at Provision are AMAZING. My partner and I have been in the market for a new vehicle and we found one - but on a weekend when our agent was out of town.

They worked alongside us and another agent Haley - on a Saturday morning - to secure us proof of insurance all while on off time. They truly didn't have to do that - but their dedication helped us to secure our sale on time and without any issues.

On top of that, they're always shopping around for the best rates for us, and are available for questions and help whenever we have them.

Angela Sewell has been handling our insurance needs for years -- home, auto, and now watercraft. She's always immediately responsive, helpful, and works to ensure not only that our needs are met promptly but also that we get the best deal. She explained the new No-Fault law to us and is always patient and knowledgeable when we have questions.

Bret has been great to work with. Whenever my policies are about to expire he reaches out with already prepared quotes and recommendations. I especially appreciate Bret for the guidance he provided on changing my home owners insurance from one to another because the first had started to deny claims on other homes for flooding related to heavy storms which can be an issue in my area. Overall, Bret is very proactive and provides excellent service!

Jose is awesome! He is always polite, smile in his voice, patient, knowledgeable, etc. When he's not available, he returns phone calls promptly.
