Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Waltham

I am currently staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, and the service has been impeccable. From the friendly customer service to staff being very accommodating. Especially Michael, the gentleman working at night. Who helped me with my hotel reservation issues and the hotel chef who was able to accommodate my gluten allergy. 10 out of 10 would stay here again. The only feedback I would like to provide is the location and lighting. Which is more a corporate issue. The room lighting makes it hard to see per my attached photo. You will see that there is no ceiling lighting. Also, the hotel has only one entry/exit point and in order to get on the hwy. You have to turn left on to a busy road crossing. But on a more positive note, the parking was conveniently located with plenty of handicap parking spots at the front entrance. The environment was very clean and quiet as well.

Nice room, incl. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine, beautiful bathroom, including hairdryer, body and haircare products. Friendly stuff mostly the Shuttle Bus driver !! Regards from Switzerland to you !

Hotel is immaculate and modern. Read reviews about trucks next door being noisy. I can say there are trucks next door. We stayed on 5th floor as close as possible to the truck yard and didn’t notice any noise. When I went to my car Saturday AM I heard trucks. We stayed Thurs-Sunday. Saturday night the truck yard was closed. Room was nice, bathroom clean , updated. Had dinner at the restaurant, food and service were better than expected. Pool looked clean, although not very big. Fitness center was clean and modern. Staff was helpful and polite. About 20 minute drive to Boston. Free parking which is a big plus. I would definitely go back. Kudos to management and staff.

Rooms were great, except after setting a temp on the AC control unit, it would revert back to a default setting after an hr or 2 and then you wake up freezing. Couldn't sleep very well cause I had to wake up about 2 or 3 times in the night to change it back. Location wise you'll have to Uber everywhere.

Great staff, very clean, great room & very comfortable bed! I think the hand soap/lotion and shower products in a pump on the wall was my favorite!

Everything was perfect, except the digital key only worked once, but we got cards which worked fine. Even the breakfast (to order, can't speak to the buffet) was unusually high quality and a hearty serving. Great place to stay if you have surgery at Boston Orthopedic outpatient on Winter St, a 6 minute drive.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in the area.
They're usually competitive with pricing, have modern rooms, and truck parking is available, too.

One of the nicest, cleanest, most inviting hotels I've stayed in. The staff are too notch. They took great care of our conference. Special mention for Renee and Michael on the night shift.

I had a nice stay here. Its a nice, clean, quiet place.

I would like to also praise the hotel restaurant staff. My waiter Robert went above and beyond to provide me with an excellent dinner experience. He was incredibly thoughtful, kind and diligent in his role. Very grateful!

Attended the New England Voice Over Summit last weekend. The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston. Wonderful stay!

Nice property and the folks who work there are all friendly and helpful.
Room was clean..only disappointment is really no food options close by but that is manageable as most are only within a 5-10 min ride away..
Other than that I would stay here anytime I'm visiting the Boston area and I suggest you look into this property rather that the absorbent priced spots downtown. It's only a 6 minute drive to the Riverside T Stop where there is plenty of parking and you can take a quick train ride to Fenway or downtown..

The hotel was newly renovated, beautiful artwork, beautiful room. Staff was pleasant! 1/2 hour from the City of Boston. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and was pleasantly surprised by this one. I highly recommend.

The recent remodel looks great. The room was completely new and in great shape. The front desk and restaurant staff were extremely pleasant, made us feel very welcome. A special note for our bartender Michael on Friday night, he was awesome!

Great value for the price. Room was not oversized, but clean, VERY quiet (no highway noise or sound from other rooms/hallway AT ALL), easy to keep fully dark. Check in and out were simple and streamlined. The bed was very comfortable, with a deep pillow top. It was easy to get to from the highway, and convenient for driving into downtown Boston. Positive interactions with front desk staff on three different shifts. Priced at the low end of chains in the area, it definitely exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is an oasis in a busy area. I arrived late in the evening, tired from a long day of work and driving. The staff at the desk and in the restaurant were pleasant and welcoming. Very quiet room and a good night's sleep, then a nice breakfast. What's not to like?

Nice clean hotel well located Boston suburbs.

This is a very good option for a comfortable night in greater Boston area.
Like most Hiltons this one features sparklingly clean rooms with high quality beds.
The location is perfectly near the highway but not too close to the highway so you can get a good night's sleep.
There's a bar in the restaurant on the hotel which serves decent food for dinner and nice out options for breakfast.
Parking is easy around the hotel and the stuff seems to be professional and ready to help.

The hotel is very safe and feature is a nice fitness room modestly equipped.

This was an awesome stay. The hotel and its gym are spotless, the young staff is dynamic, friendly, and eager to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Above all, they are very competent and efficient. The room and everything in it was very clean and provided all the essentials. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the AC was new and worked well. Can't wait to go back for another stay!!

Totally pleased with this hotel. Room was very clean, bathroom was immaculate. Everything is newly renovated throughout the hotel, so it was a very pleasant stay.
