Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Waltham

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, and we couldn't have been happier with the quality, cleanliness, value, and customer service we received. We are used to staying at timeshare facilities or AirBnB, but I used to work at Embassy Suites, and traveling to Boston is expensive, so when I saw the nightly rate for this hotel (and only $15 a day parking), I decided to give it a shot. The common area was pristine and looks like the hotel had been recently updated or just very well maintained. The daily breakfast was delicious--my daughter enjoyed that the most. The elevators were FAST. Staying at other hotels in Boston, this has been an issue of mine, both for safety's sake and for convenience. The front desk gentleman who was there most of the time was very friendly and upbeat and had a smile on his face every time we walked by. Darlene Klioris, the sales & catering director, came up to us and greeted us, asked us how our morning was, said to have a nice day...this was a pleasant surprise, as most other hotels/facilities you don't have managers/directors going out of their way to speak with you. We will definitely be back--thank you so much!

I’ve stayed at this property many times and I just wanted to say how great the customer service was all because of Jamie, who works at the front desk. She noticed my Diamond status and gave me the check out time that I requested. She extended it a couple hours later and not every hotel does that, so thank you Jamie!

Beautiful facility. Decent food at the restaurant. Breakfast is wonderful. Really easy access to major roads. Some of the other hotels in the area are a bit closer to dining. Workout facility is pretty basic, but what equipment is there is very nice. Pretty decent pool. Charge for parking.

Suite hotel in a quiet area not far from the city of BOSTON.
Ideal for those who want to visit the city of Boston and the surrounding area without getting into trouble finding parking.
The hotel has a large free parking lot for hotel guests.
The hotel has 8 floors. There are 3 elevators and they are fast.
There is no fast checkout. The receptionists are very kind.
Beautiful rooms, very clean. Rooms are well equipped.
At the front of the room is a living room with a TV including a table and chair
the passage is a small kitchenette with a sink.
A large and comfortable double bed with many pillows.
The entire suite has a central air conditioner that works well.
In front of the bed is another large TV with a large variety of channels.
The suite has: coffee machine, small refrigerator, microwave, iron, safe box , hairdryer, sitting area for a laptop.
Clean shower room. There are enough towels, shampoo, conditioner and conditioner.

Stayed two nights while undergoing cataract surgery in Waltham. Rooms were great and the free breakfast each morning was super.

I loved my experience and the pool was very fun and whenever I needed my ice for my drinks I could easily walk to a machine for free

I stayed here for a work project & overall, it was an awesome experience. From check-in to check out, ALL the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were helpful & friendly. I loved the "open design" of the hotel. Being square shaped, it offers an open, light & airy feel. No matter what floor you were on, the view to the top or bottom is an unobstructed one. There are 3 elevators on each floor, and they are surprisingly fast. This was a plus, especially during the busy times of the morning & on the wkend during the different events being held at the hotel. The choices offered for breakfast are numerous, including fresh fruit, toast, bagels, muffins, or make your own waffles. One of the things that was a pleasant surprise was the scrambled eggs were made from free range egg, not just the liquid eggs that you usually get. But, I especially loved the made to order items. My favorite, was the omelets, made your way. Lots of seating available in the breakfast area. The bar area is a great hang out spot, and also hosts the happy hour/afternoon hors d'oeuvre. Rooms are spacious with lots of storage, large work area & in room safe. I found the bed very comfy, with multiple pillows, a plus. The hotel is in a great location, right off the highway. However, it is a little tricky to navigate the intersection & turn into the hotel entrance off Winter St, due to the lack of visible lines that separate the turn lanes. After missing the turn a time or two, it becomes easier finding your way. There's lots of available parking that's free if you're a guest. Otherwise, the cost is $15/day. In spite of it being a work related trip, I did enjoy my stay & would definitely stay here again!!!!

Stayed here for one night to attend an event in Boston. Contrary to the reviews, I found the room very clean and comfortable. The toiletries in the bathroom were good and we had no problem with towels. The separate sitting area, although windowless and without natural light, was convenient so that people in your party could sleep in peace while you work or watch TV or use the microwave. The Wifi worked without any problem. The front desk staff was pleasant and the free hot breakfast was good. The made-to-order omelete was the special highlight. As a Hilton honors member I have stayed at many Embassy suites and this was no different.

The hotel was wonderful ! We’re with kids, and they let us check in early. The suite was large enough for a family of five and very clean! The kids wanted to swim and they had a blast between the pool and the hot tub! Very good breakfast bar, outstanding actually. I never had an omelette cooked to order at a breakfast bar in a hotel before. Their chef is awesome! The staff was efficient as well. I would recommend and would back if in area. Beware of parking fees

Amazing and comfy js wish the pool was a lil deeper but everything is family friendly and beautiful

Clean and comfortable hotel in a good location. Cannot say enough about the staff! We inadvertently left some items behind in the room. First, the housekeeping staff was extremely honest and found the lost items. Second, the manager, Anissa, was extremely helpful in getting the items returned. I cannot thank them enough!

Great getaway place! Best breakfast around, including a fantastic omelette station!

Perfectly located near businesses and corporation. Parking has a fee. Staff helpful, room had , microwave, mini fridge, but no iron so you must request from front desk. I didn't mind as most hotels now don't have a mini fridge or you must use a communal microwave. This was a stay I really could appreciate considering I was here on business.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The kindest and most attentive staff I have ever come across. Writing this minutes after one of the team members knocked on my door with surprise cupcakes for the acceptance to my university that I mentioned on my arrival date once! Extremely pet-friendly with our service dog.
Complimentary evening snack reception which is 10/10 as well as incredible breakfast buffet included + water bottles from the front desk at no cost.
Cannot recommend this hotel enough- looking forward to my next stay here already and I’m not even gone yet!
5-star treatment at an affordable price.

I had a wonderful experience at The Embassy Suites in Waltham, MA. Nicole at the front desk greeted me upon my arrival. I was truly impressed at the level of patience and professionalism that she provided out of the gate. I then encountered Brian at the front desk in Nicole’s absence. He was delightful, funny and engaging. Brain assisted me with housekeeping needs though this establishment is VERY clean. The rooms are also quite spacious; perfect for those with extending travel time. My accommodations/hotel room included a living room with working area, sofa and convenient mini kitchen; all leading to a bedroom with the most comfortable bed and bed linens you would expect in a high priced hotel, triple the price and customer service received at this hotel. Thank you Team Hilton Waltham!!! I will recommend to all my friends and colleagues!

I was delighted because my room was ready an hour early and I was allowed to do an early check-in. Besides that the hotel was phenomenal and the room super cozy. The breakfast was amazing and if you stay here just remember that you can order an omelette and have it be prepared for you right on the spot.

GREAT HOTEL! Super clean room and hotel. Great breakfast. Great location! Loved that it was close to things by driving but still outside of the city. Felt safe leaving my vehicle parked here. It ended up being a safe, quite, and relaxing hotel stay! Would absolutely return!

This hotel is very clean and the room is great because it's like a little apartment with a living room and a bedroom. I have to especially acknowledge Anissa who was very kind, friendly and professional. You can tell this hotel puts a lot of effort into who they hire. There is also another very young guy who has checked me in before who was also very friendly and professional but I can't remember his name at the moment. This is actually my favorite hotel in Waltham!
