These guys know their stuff and are trustworthy. Every time I've had to service a vehicle with them I have not been disappointed. Their inspection reports are very thorough and add a lot of value to their services. I'd recommend them if you're looking for a solid and reliable place to get your car taken care of.

We would like to give Nick and the Autopia Team a huge shout out for their exceptional service and follow-up we've recently received from their shop.
A couple months ago we purchased a pre-owned Audi Q5. This was the first time we've owned a foreign car with automatic service notifications. When the check engine light showed up it made me a bit nervous. Nick walked us through a couple things we could do to solve the problem. The notification light came back on a couple days later around the same time Nick, (the owner) checked in with us. He had us bring the car in for a diagnostic test. Nothing was found at that time. Then a week later the oil light came on so I purchased the recommended oil for this type of vehicle. Again we received a follow up text from Nick asking how things were going. When I told him about the oil light, he asked us to bring the car back in so they could locate the problem. This was the week before Christmas. This time they found a slight gasket leak, replaced it, just hours before I needed to pick up my son from the airport. When I stopped in to pickup the car and pay the bill, Rachel informed me there was no charge and wished us a Merry Christmas. Their quick attention to service and follow up allowed me to get to the airport on time.
Our previous auto mechanic had retired so our search for a new shop has now come to an end.
We feel very blessed to have found Nick and his team at Autopia!

I'd been going to Autopia for some years and was a little worried when ownership changed hands. I'm happy to say I'm even more satisfied. Eric was warm and helpful and careful to go over what perhaps might wait and what needed attention most urgently. I felt so comfortable, I ended up doing all the recommended repairs. I felt like I was in a different car when I drove away later that day and I feel much safer. Eric is a star. He treated me with respect and care. Rachel is a delight and goes out of her way to be helpful. Thank you, sincerely, to both of you. Most car repair shops do not make you feel this way or take such good care of you. Nick and Rachel and Simon couldn't have been more helpful.. this is now my go to auto place... Found all issues, made a plan of attack, gave us a loaner car and did shuttle service. Even washed my truck after service.. outstanding and highly recommended.

Nick and the rest of Autopia's staff are very skilled, professional, and offer excellent work and honest advice based on their experience and expertise. They just performed a major repair of a complex system (hydraulic suspension) on an uncommon and complicated vehicle (Lexus LX 570). The step-by-step process they utilized in this case minimized the time and expense of the repair, whereas many shops- especially dealers- likely would've recommended essentially replacing the entire system. Autopia's approach of leaving functioning components in place saved me upwards of $6,000. They also provided me a loaner at no charge. I've worked in the retail automotive industry for 13 years, have witnessed the best and worst of repair and maintenance service, and am very happy to have done business with Autopia.

Great communication and excellent follow through with my cars! Eric & Nick made sure I was satisfied with the work. Going further than they needed to make sure my vehicles were 100%. And that’s why I’ll be back.

Awesome job team! Mike the master technician converted my front drum brakes to disc brakes on my classic car. Nick & Eric at the front desk did a great job with keeping me in the loop on the progress. I’ll be back next time I need some work done.

Easy to schedule repairs and the office staff is friendly and listens to your concerns and clearly explains service options. Nick has built an experienced team of mechanics that you can trust to only do the repais that are required and at competitive prices.

Good service is almost a thing of the past. But at Autopia the service is like a scene out of the 1950s. A car pulls into a service station and 4 or 5 guys run out to pump gas, clean the windshield, etc. etc. They are all over the car providing the best possible experience for their customer. Autopia doesn't have a bunch of guys running out in uniforms but they do provide friendly, competitive, hassle-free service. Thanks to Nick and his crew. I'll be back.

We have been taking our vehicles to Autopia for many years. The owner Eric is very knowledgeable- the staff is always kind friendly and helpful. Down to earth.
They are not pushy in their recommendations either like most other mechanics are.

Are you reading this review because your car needs some help? Better just call Nick and make an appointment now. This is the best place to get your car repaired. Car repairs are never fun but Nick and Eric will make you feel a little better about it. They are friendly and will give you the truth about what you need to do now vs what can wait. I like to phase that as "is this going to kill me?" vs "can I do this later?" They are knowledgeable about many models of cars including my beloved Mini Cooper. Seriously, Nick is the best and I will continue to give him my business for as long as I need car repairs.

I've used this shop several times over the past few years, they are amazing! The technicians working are great, my cars have come out fixed and working perfectly. And, they don't gouge you on the price. They're upfront with what you'll owe before they start the work and I haven't had any surprises or extra fees when they're done.
Also, the customer service is top notch. Eric and Nick are super helpful and patient. They spent the time answering all my questions and explaining everything that was happening with my poor car. When I ended up broken down on the side of the road a couple days ago, they helped me get a tow and get into a loaner immediately. Thanks guys!!

Had my truck in with Nick and he actually suggested I contact nissan to see if the problem was covered on a factory warranty extension, which it had been on earlier models. Ended up being covered by the manufacturer and saved me a huge bill. He didn't have to do that, but he did and saved me lots of cash. Will go back in the future for sure! Had it in again with a coolant issue and fixed it even after the dealer couldn't find an issue. Thanks again!

Wonderful and excellent help with my MINI Cooper! They clearly know their stuff - and were super helpful as I had two issues with my car in as many weeks, and even gave me a loaner while they did repairs. Thank you so much for the clear communication and explanation of what was going on. What a relief to not have to drive all the way to the MINI dealer for expensive service when I know I have a trusted shop nearby.

Nick and the team at Autópia have consistently proven to be both thorough and FAST with repairs to my vehicle. They are experts at communicating findings and working with you to determine which maintenance actions are necessary vs recommended. My car runs better, smoother, and quieter every time it leaves!

I have brought my Jeep here a few times in the last year and they always do great work. Recently I had my Jeep towed in to their shop due to me not being able to complete a repair in my garage (I'm a part time garage warrior 😆). While they were working on it, they let me borrow a loaner car until my Jeep was fixed which was extremely nice of them to do. A+ service and very friendly and genuine staff! I've been getting oil changes and repairs done at Autopia for 1-2 years. They are prompt, friendly, and honest. They have always taken time to explain what needs to be done, what should be done, and what repairs/maintenance can wait.
