CVS

I told the employees at the pharmacy they are AMAZING about a month ago and they said they appreciated it! This team has been so good I wanted to share with everyone else that may take the time to read this. Lets start by saying there is another pharmacy (south of this one, won't name names, but it is pretty popular) closer to our house that we have been using for years, in the past 3 years-ish it has not been good. For that reason we decided to bring our business to the team at CVS, my goodness what a difference. No LONG waits for prescription pick ups, no poor customer service, no long lines and bad attitudes, no dumb automated voicemails saying they are verifying our insurance so our prescription has been delayed. Why didn't we make this change sooner???? You all are truly amazing and we think you deserve a raise, or pizza party, or employee appreciation lunch, something! THANK YOU!

I have never used the pharmacy at this location so...this review is not based on that portion of the store whatsoever. I started shopping at CVS a few years ago after noticing how wonderful their rewards program was compared to their competitor's. I seemed to always be getting decent discount coupons/codes...and...percentage-off offers each time I went in. Most of the items I am in need of are on the shelf. A few times I have not been able to get something I intentionally went in to get. Not a big deal...can be said of basically every other store as well. Most of the employees are kind/helpful...with a rare handful being more aloof. Again...that's anyplace. The store is always clean...and...never too busy. I rarely wait in a line there...no matter what time I go. As mentioned above...I am a huge fan of their rewards program...and...how quickly I see return on money spent. As long as that continues to be such an advantage to me...I'll continue to shop here.

David in the pharmacy is a rock star! He always goes above and beyond to make sure our experience and needs are met. Unfortunately today I noticed a person who was very disrespectful to him, and I don't believe he deserved to be treated the way he was. If anything, he deserves a raise to ensure he keeps working at this location, because he is the reason we continue to come!

A great pharmacy and staff to help with prescriptions, homegoods, cosmetics and vaccines. I love the training and friendly staff here since I moved. All my records from another state in the system. Clean store, ample parking, nestled in a large lot on Lyndale and 89 th.

Anthony was the Pharmacist during my visit. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and took his time to explain my medication dosage ,and amount to take clearly to my understanding. He answered all my questions and made me comfortable with filling my prescription here at CVS.

Staff is very helpful. I was overwhelmed with the amazing help a gentleman gave us there at the main desk. He cranked out perfect passport photos with speed and accuracy. He was very gracious. Thank you so much!

The pharmacy staff is usually very nice, and super helpful. They are usually pretty busy, but they're fast and response. I spoke to David on the phone today and he was super helpful and very friendly.

Great customer service and staff. Nothing to change.
