I highly recommend Tony Zupke for your massage needs. He is highly skilled in myofascial trigger point release and rehabilitative passive stretching. He has helped relieve my neck and back pain from past auto accident, and my previous sports injuries. I walk away feeling amazing and pain free! He is a great guy to have on your healthcare team!

For me and my wife, Nan's is the only place we found a tried and true connective tissue release that stretched and lengthened our muscles without making us sore instantly or for several days afterwards. Ask for Tony. He's the best! He's the only massage therapist my wife will see (she has fibromyalgia and grew up here in the Twin Cities). He helped her through 2 major hip surgeries, several pregnancies and I will continue to send her to see him as long as he is in business. We've been seeing him for over 5 years.

Over the years, the massage at Nan’s salon and spa in Bloomington has been professional and so healing! I feel blessed to have found this facility, and the people that work there!

Had a great experience here. Sherri was our hair stylist and she talked us through the entire process and also told us about our hair type. I really appreciate it a lot because it's always been hard to find a place or someone who understands Asian hair. I will definitely be going back here in the future.

I went to Nan's with a Groupon for a gel mani-pedi. I was impressed watching the stylists cut hair, but was very disappointed with my manicure and pedicure. The nail tech cut my toe nails nails using a cuticle cutter- which caused awkward angles (I'm worried it's going to cause an in-grown nail), she didn't shape my nails, was not very skilled using the cuticle cutter for the cuticles- she cut me a couple times and left numerous hangnails, and she didn't file the top of the nail to help the gel adhere to the nail.

I left the appointment extremely sad. My nails were uneven, I had numerous cuts, and the polish looked sloppy. And on top of that the polish was chipping within 2 days... I hope the nail tech develops her skill overtime. I'm not trying to bash the her, I just want you to beware of what your are getting with this Groupon.
