Bed Bath & Beyond

I don't know if all Bed Bath & Beyond stores are the same, but I was just blown away by the selection and the quality of the merchandise.

Their selection of kitchen utensils was especially extensive with a super complete line of oxo products.

Prices were exceptionally good on items that I had seen in other places costing much more.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Shiela!! I feel very grateful for my 2 visits even though I didn’t get what I expected because of the manufacture restrictions on the promotions. The store is usually in stock with many best selling products, totally worth visiting for sure!

Employees always extremely polite and helpful with smiles. Just moved and'I've been in this store four times in the last week and a half. Every time they cheerfully answer your questions, take you to the location of the item your looking for and go out of their way to check on inventory if the item is not on a shelf. They are either very happy employees or have amazing trainers.
Either way, The customer benefits.

Actual had the great experience of working at this store.. great friendly managers and staff.. workers took great pride in the store.. also loved the wonderful inventory they had.. be patient as all stores are experience shortages.. but I must stay this location carries great inventory.. definitely recommend for a rockin store.. ...

Love this store. Staff is nice and helpful. Love the cushioned kitchen mat I bought from them a couple years ago. Still going strong. This store has almost every thing you need for the kitchen and baking. They didn't carry a dough whisk but I would of been surprised if they had.

Went in, got exactly what I wanted in no time... got distracted by other shiney things... but otherwise would have been in and out in no time as I had planned. So many kitchen gadgets, but not enough room in my kitchen for them all. This store was very well stocked, organized and clean. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful. They're doing it right at this location!

I have not been here since covid shut down the entire world. They have everything you can think of for your home from kitchen to bedroom to bathroom basically every room in your home there's a department for you. This location was big very clean and I would definitely recommend it and definitely will be going back in the future for things I need for my home.

Asmine was so helpful in my search for portable misting fans. When the Somerville store didn't have them, even when the system said they were in stock, she called other stores to help me find them for pickup. Great customer service. Thank you!

They have great selection. Organized and easy to find. What these guys sell you can't buy in stores like marshall,Burlington etc... Their stuff is top notch.

Recently I went to this place in search for a water bottle that met the safety guidelines for plastic and found that camelbak is good although I had some help from an associate that went over the top looking for only sales and on top of the sales this associate in particular gave us a coupon on top of the sale. Overall she was attentive, helpful and patient. The associate ID is sd0282. Manager, if you see this, please show the associate this review as we are beyond grateful with her customer service.

Great experience! Kerry was super helpful when buying a slow cooker! I had no idea what I was doing or what to look for. Kerry came right up to me and talked me through the purchase. It was a Saturday in Somerville. It was packed. Still, Kerry made the time for me. My family was really happy with the results of the meal I cooked! Thank you.

The service is superb. We ordered stuff for college from Seattle, and they had everything precisely as we wanted it. Very helpful staff and well stocked store. Returning things was easy.

Great store lots of options, but be sure to price check as some items are overpriced. But if you find the same item at lower price elsewhere, the store will price match :) Good to get to this store early also, as parking lot fills up quick!

I usually buy my favorite Fulton Street Kona Coffee there. I was disappointed that there was none. Maybe next time. But I still bought a couple of things.
So, 9 times out of 10 ur going 2 fine what ur looking 4. Can't go wrong here.

Wow. Two days before Christmas and the usual mayhem that it entails in retail. No one sane would fault any retail employee for losing their will to work or their holiday spirit. Not in this Somerville, MA store. Literally every employee was smiling, greeting customers as they walked by, complimenting their selections and just being helpful. The words "my pleasure" and "I would be happy to" were heard throughout the store. Kudos to the management staff for some superb customer service training and high fives for every retail employee that still manages to make someone's day despite having one of the most difficult jobs at this time of year. You are doing something right!

Great service, helpful staff. I tend to feel over whelmed in big box stores - here there are people to help you. My cashier was AMAZING!!! I would totally shop here again.

It's got stuff for the bed. It's got stuff for the bath. And it's got stuff for the beyond. Can't go wrong with the traditional layout. They have what they say they have, and beyond. Also their coupons are great.

Lots of home needs very little pet supplies but have wonderful sweaters and jackets for unbelievable prices for dogs you will find lots of gadgets. Worth the visit

Beyond only steam room!) Before the season of going to sauna or steam room I become well prepared. This time I have to visit this store again to equiped well my sauna\steam survival kit. They help to stay dry after shower for years!
