Farmers Insurance - Thomas Eng

We have been with Farmer's Insurance for over 20 years. Tom and his staff have treated us like family. They monitor our accounts and ensure that we are always getting the best deal and are properly covered. They are available and knowledgeable when we have questions, and have been a huge help assisting us with any claims. We had a rather large claim when a tree fell on our camper last year, the Farmer's process was fast, simple, and no hassle to get approved. Tom is also very knowledgeable with life insurance and retirement products. We couldn't beat the rates for our life insurance policies. I highly recommend Tom Eng and Farmer's Insurance for any of your insurance needs. Top notch!

Being in the automotive industry I deal with insurance agents often and I must say Tom Eng is the best of the best. Insurance is one of those things you hope you never have to use but when you do you'll feel so comfortable with Tom. He makes everything easy and walks you through the whole process and makes sure everything is taken care of. I am very pleased by my experience with Farmers Insurance thus far! I was a first time home buyer and called them up for a quote for home insurance. I talked with Matt who was was quick to answer any questions I had and did an excellent job at explaining and going through my options. He even went to the property same day to research some information needed to complete the quote. When I stopped in to go over options, even the front desk lady was inviting and welcomed me by my name! Wow; talk about service from all angles.
