I normally do not write reviews. Never saw the point unless it was a negative impact or positive. This was nothing but positive. I had quite a few questions and concerns about pricing and my account during check out. The level of professionalism displayed through Linda Lou, was top notch. She not only answered all my questions and concerns but she also helped me understand and to navigate any future challenges. She was warm and inviting. I felt like I was properly taken care of, I would keep an eye on her and hold on because I’m sure she has much more to offer. I will be back in store more often now then going right online and I live 40 minutes away from you guys at Miller Hill! I look forward to my next visit to see, Linda Lou again. Also the name? How cute is that!?

While shopping for a prom dress, the staff was amazing with assistance as well as finding the perfect dress. All staff were kind and welcoming! When checking out, staff found me a deal which I didn’t even know about. Very kind and loving experience, would absolutely go again! Wish I could give more stars, I will be raving about this experience if/when the store or shopping comes up.

Had to return a jacket this week and it was like Black Friday! Every register had a line of about 4 people. The cashiers were amazing and friendly! Treated each customer without being overwhelmed and even helped with discount coupons! Wonderful job!

I love getting clothes here for my daughter. She loves riding the escalators upstairs to her section. Prices can tend to be a little higher than average but they also have some really great sales and discounts each often.

Not only do they have a great selection of clothes for big and tall men, they also have deep discounts on clearance clothes at the end of the season. This is especially wonderful when winter clothes go on clearance and here in northern Minnesota we have more winter ahead.

I was pleasantly surprised the sizes they offer for plus men and women. Thank you for that. It is a challenge finding fun comfy and fun things to wear. In store sizes go up 4x, possibly 5x. Online, I have found many items that go up to a 6x, possibly larger. Highly recommend you checking JCPenney out!

I bought my son a Minecraft watch that came with headphones for Christmas. We unboxed it, plugged it in but saw no charging symbol and it wouldn't even turn on. We were able to exchange it for a new set. The staff(Mariah) was very helpful and made sure to get it figured out. The new watch works great!

I haven't gone shopping inside this store for a while, but I will say shopping online offered loads of deals and offers(got almost $10 off on that watch set!)

Sidra my cashier today at the Miller mall was very customer orientated . She has a nice calming voice thats easy to relate to. Sidra helped me figure out which sale coupons we're the best ones to use toward my purchase. Sidra is an asset to your store Thank you.

Jewelry counter was so pleasant and accommodating, she even radioed for a cart for me, standing was taking its toll. No chairs or carts were available when I got there.

We accidentally came in 10 minutes before closing. My wife was looking for a swim suit & some pants. The floor manager lady helped us find, try on and check out within 15 minutes. Amazing. Then Baraj let us out. Thanks for a very quick & friendly visit. Maybe we'll see you tomorrow with more time to shop.

I didn’t need to do a ton of shopping, just a pair of shoes. So I was quick to be in and out. But the lady who was our cashier, her name was Cindy. She was very funny and had a great attitude. She made the sale transaction fun and made us laugh even after leaving the store.

Great service provided today by employee Stephanie. Great selection of woman's clothing and the store was very neat and well organized. Will definitely stop back on my next trip!

I like this JCPenny, and others that I've frequented. This one is clean, well managed, and mist importantly, signed for their sales and other prices well. The staff is always helpful without being overbearing. The racks appear to be well stocked, and their selection and prices are very competitive with other companies. I definitely recommend.

Great place to shop, plus the deals are great. Stop in the photo studio and say hi! They're always looking for walk-ins! Also, the Salon has some of the most talented stylists in town.

They are one of the only stores that sell big and tall clothes for adults that actually have big and tall sizes. A good deal of the stores that make the claim to have big and tall clothes don't have any selection and the sizes are very limited as well. Not JCPENNEY'S! They are doing better than any other department store that I have visited in the Duluth, Superior area. Thanks for dressing the big and tall people of the area in more than a few styles. I for one appreciate it.

I was in the store briefly this evening looking for a spring coat for my 3 yr old daughter, I couldn't find nothing. So I ask the most helpful cashier ever(Shelby). She went out of her way to help me look for one, getting on the radio asking if anything was out. I was unsuccessful at finding a coat, but found a cute sweater. Thank you Shelby 😊

I like going here to shop cause they have good deals on just about everything.
