Bob, Katie, Chris, Joel and the whole team at Wellesley Plumbing and Heating are exceptional. You'll always have someone answer the phone when you call. They are kind and efficient. They replaced our water heater and furnace and helped us to find the right equipment at very reasonable costs (even negotiating a lower price with the manufacturer!). They offer total peace of mind in fixing issues with prompt evaluation, multiple quotes, fast service, and handling of permits and inspections. Very thankful for all their help.

Wellesley Plumbing and Heating is the best! I’ve used them many times over the years, but last week they topped even their best performance. My water tank was rusted beyond repair. It finally quit at 10:00 at night. I called WP & H at 8:00 the next morning. Their service man arrived at 11:00 for an inspection and confirmed what we knew was the case. By noon they delivered an estimate for a new tank with complete installation costs which I OK’d. At 12:30 the two-man service team arrived with our new tank. Installation was completed by 2:00pm and we were back in business. It’s worked great ever since. Amazing, six hours from call to completion. There’s nobody better!

Wellesley Plumbing & Heating is excellent! Our hot water heater broke on a Saturday, but with weekend support and communication from Wellesley Plumbing & Heating, they installed a new hot water heater in our home by Monday morning. In addition to customer service and technical assistance that is top shelf, the plumbers who came to our home were so professional, skilled, focused and helpful. A+ all the way!

An excellent experience upgrading my furnace, air conditioning system and water heater with Bob, Katie, Chris and Mark at Wellesley Plumbing and Heating. So glad I decided to replace my 30 year old equipment. Chris did an expert job installing the new equipment and everything is functioning perfectly to create a very comfortable environment. A professional, down to earth, can-do, no drama company. Made a purchase long- distance for a washer from an appliance company to be delivered locally and Wellesley Pl did all the pre-delivery prepwork, delivery coordinatong and hookup. Seamless! Joel successfully diagnosed that my radian heat was not working because the original Vega piping was completely clogged. Did a highly professional job of replacing with new tubing and getting the system up and running. Nice to have heat again!

We have trusted the team at Wellesley Plumbing & Heating since we starting using their services in 2019. We have used them for several small and very large plumbing, heating, and A/C related jobs - including whole house heating system replacement and installation of water heater and mini-split systems. They are absolutely fantastic! Their responsiveness and professionalism are wonderful, and the work they have done is always top-notch. We wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend!

Joel was very professional, found the issue with our AC immediately and did a great job cleaning our outside condenser.

Had an issue with no heat in our second floor heating loop. Although I stated it was not urgent due to the upcoming three days of warm weather Wellesley Plumbing and Heating responded quickly. The loop was diagnosed with a burned out circulating pump which was replaced the following day. A couple of days later the heat through the loop stopped again due to air in the line. A new spirovent was installed shortly after that, the air was removed and the heating loop works perfectly now. We have been Wellesley Plumbing and Heating customers for 20 years. We have always been happy with the work performed on our systems particularly those requiring immediate attention.

Mark came on time to tune up our boiler. He saw that a new valve was needed (which we knew, because of leaking), and he replaced the valve. I was grateful for his kindness. When I told him that David, my husband who would usually be the one to work with him, passed on six months ago, he was genuinely sorry and very kind in his comments.
So, thank you for the good service and for the good people who give that service.

Katie was a pleasure to coordinate with on the administrative side, and Joel (the technician) was very knowledgeable and professional. I was convinced something was wrong with our system during Summer 2022, and the company who installed the system (in 2018) came out and said it was just an old house, poor insulation, and high temps. Summer 2023 kicked off, and I knew something was still wrong, and I decided to call Wellesley Plumbing and Heating to get a different opinion. Joel quickly assessed the system, found the issue, and resolved the problem. The labor rate was more expensive than the other company we originally used, but the service was miles better.

We had a burst pipe in a location that was difficult to reach. Wellesley Plumbing came out on the scheduled day and time to assess the problem. They also came out at the scheduled date and time to make the necessary repair. The repair took less time than they anticipated. The people who came out were very professional and carefully explained everything. They also thoroughly cleaned up after each visit.

We have previously used them for other plumbing and heating services with effective results each time. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about Wellesley Plumbing. Most of my plumbing emergencies have been off hours and that has not kept them from responding in a timely way with high quality workmanship. Katie on their team has been available at all hours to triage. Five star recommendation.

Excellent service all around. Katie followed up on the warranty on a malfunctioning water heater and was able to get a no-charge replacement. (No one else we talked to raised this as a possibility.) The new water heater was installed efficiently, installers were pleasant to have in the house. This was a completely satisfactory experience.
