The treatment I have received at Mystic Valley Orthodontics has been a joy to look forward to every time I come in for my appointment, both professionally and personally! Everyone on the staff is committed to making sure that you receive the best care and get the best orthodontic results and it really speaks to their work ethic and love for the patients. Dr Joy and all of her staff are so friendly and helpful! My daughter is just starting her journey with Invisalign’s and I know it’s going to be amazing because of the Dr Joy and Miranda are so knowledgeable and helpful! So glad we chose Dr Joys office.

It took me a long time to finally decide on Mystic Valley Orthodontics and I am so happy that I did. After much research, I chose Dr. Joy Kasparian-Federico as my orthodontist.

Finally after 2 attempts in straightening my teeth years ago, I decided I would try one more time with Dr. Joy.

From the very beginning, I knew I had made the right choice. Dr Joy listened to all my concerns and decided that Invisalign was the best way to go fitting into my lifestyle and schedule. I travel a lot and it was perfect for me. Also, scheduling appointments were easy and accommodated my schedule - sometimes even virtual.

Dr Joy is a perfectionist and you definitely get that feeling when she speaks with you. She also has an album of before and after pictures of some of her patients. Incredible to see the final results and you know its due to all the hard work and dedication of Dr Joy and her staff.

All the machinery is state of the art, the office is immaculate and during Covid, they went and above and beyond adapting to all the guidelines and restrictions.

The staff is incredible and well trained. I always looked forward to seeing Miranda, Jen, Linda, Rachel and Glendy. They always make you feel right at home and I so appreciated them all.

Today, I finally got my Invisalign off. I look great and I am so happy with the result and wanted to share my joy by leaving this stellar review.

This Place is amazing! Years ago I was told by other orthodontists that my sons insurance was not going to cover his braces. But this office did the work to prove to the insurance that he qualified for the braces. They got him covered and now my teen has great straight teeth. They are always accommodating and trying to get you in when you can get there. But everyone wants after school times so of course there is a little bit of a wait. All of the staff is so great. If my other children need braces I will definitely bring them here.

Dr. Joy and her staff are fantastic! My daughter had braces and now on to her retainers, smooth process all the way through! Now my son is seeing her as well, it’s worth traveling that extra time (we live a lil further away) to our favorite Orthodontist! The best 10+ stars!

For the past two years, Dr. Joy Kasparian-Federico and her skilled team have provided nothing short of an amazing orthodontic experience for my daughter. Excellent communication from the office staff - including informative phone calls when I wasn't allowed in because of Covid - made scheduling appointments a dream. I have been visiting and helped by the wonderfully kind staff since my sophomore year of high school. For the years of service they have been nothing but helpful and accommodating to my changing schedule. A well organized and welcoming facility, that allows the patient to feel comfortable and welcomed. I had a unique case and am now extremely happy with my teeth, my smile makes me smile. I am extremely grateful for the women who have helped me for so many years and wish them only the best moving forward.

I underwent Invisalign treatment at Mystic Valley Orthodontics for close to three years. Before starting treatment I had a drastic gap in my teeth as well as several other conspicuous issues. The transformation has been incredible. After my first round of Invisalign, I felt I was not quite there yet, and when I mentioned this, Dr Joy was adamant that we would keep going until I was fully satisfied. Following my last round, I was very happy with the result but mentioned that I wish my gap stayed closed a bit better without my trays in, prompting Dr Joy to install a lingual brace (I think that's the right term) behind my front teeth, which improved the gap even further, leaving me completely happy with the result. At every point in the process she was focused on making sure I was happy with how I looked.

Aside from the professional service, everybody at Dr. Joy's office was extremely cool. Far from the dread of going to the dentist, I looked forward to my visits to Dr Joy's office. Everybody involved in my treatment was a joy to work with. I hope my retainers don't last /too/ long so I have a chance to come visit some time!

I really never post reviews but Mystic Valley definitely deserve 5 stars. They have an awesome staff, location is great, really clean and modern. It became a little difficult when I moved from the area but They were always so flexible with appointments. My son finally got his braces removed and it’s nothing but showing those nice straight teeth 🦷
