Hoban Korean BBQ

Hoban Korean Barbecue is such a great and unique dining experience that I highly recommend trying at least once. They have the traditional Barbecue grilling experience with the grill in the middle of your table that you can grill your own meats on. They have a great and delicious assortment of different cuts of meats to choose from. All of the meat choices I've tried have been absolutely delicious. You get a ton of sides and vegetables along side your meats and can make some really cool dishes. The service was great and friendly. Its a fun experience to do with friends or family.

this was SO GOOD! my friends and i came here last night around 9pm. they got us a table quickly (we were walk-ins) and our order was taken fast. the service was amazing, shout out to logan! he made our experience here 10x better. the food was top tier and everything about hoban was just fun. i definitely recommend this place!

My family and I came to celebrate my nieces 17th birthday. The first thing we noticed about the restaurant is how beautiful it was and extremely clean. After sitting for a few minutes we noticed that they were short staffed. The manager came to our table and seemed stress but had such a vibrant personality, it was contagious. Despite the staffing, my party of 7 ate well, laughed a lot and had enough food for lunch the next day. To the staff at Hoban, thank you for making our first Korean BBQ experience so amazing and full of flavor and good conversation. Everything you advised us on was amazingly delicious and we will definitely be back.

Our first time here. We had a wonderful server who suggested some good food. Everything was delicious. We order beef and pork bulgogi, bibimbap and calamari stir fry. Bonchons were complementary. It’s a bit pricey, but if you go in a group it’s reasonable. Must try place in Minneapolis.

Fantastic service. Great menu choices. Excellent quality. Eaiter kept stopping by 5o refill the ample sauces and sides. They were out of the wings, but we left so dull I don't know why we would have ordered them. Loved every bite and will be back soon. My fave? The short ribs, without a doubt don't skip them.

If you plan to come here on the weekends Make a reservation ahead of time by calling in. I went on a Friday night and I did get a table waited 15 mins I didn’t have a reservation. They have lots of different meat choices plenty of options and great side dishes. My favorite side dish was the potato salad super yummy. I will definitely be back it’s not cheap to enjoy this experience plan on spending over $50+ for two people.

My husband and I choose the BBQ option and it is a bit pricey but the portion was plentiful... I really like the spicy soft tofu stew a lot too. Overall the food was delicious and service was good. I would go and eat here again.

Customer service was excellent! I'd say food was alright. We ordered pork belly, beef bulgogi for the KBBQ, seafood bibimbap, chicken bibimbap, and Tteok-bokki.

Great place with great food. Wonderful for a date or small gatherings! Very expansive menu, so plan ahead if possible. Order the peach soju and thank me later.

Uptown prices ✓amazing atmosphere a little louder than because of all the fans pulling out the smoke from the grill that's right in front of you but honestly you can perfectly here the people you're sitting next to and across from. Vegetables top-notch ✓style of meats fresh✓amazing wait staff and personable bartenders✓I've been to other places where they cook food in front of you but I would say this is my favorite it could be because I like grilling I don't know. Just amazing and tasty!

Absolutely LOVE Hoban! Brings me back to my Korean roots 😊 you get to grill at your table right in front of you. If you don't want to grill, you can just choose a dish that's already cooked from the menu. Their meat is juicy and savory 🥩🍖

I love this place! Second time having dinner and each time I received excellent customer service and delicious food! The staff is quick, recommends great items off the menu and have great attitudes. I always make sure to leave a massive tip because they provide a wonderful experience. Try the Kimchi pancake, chicken fried rice and strawberry soju.

Amazing food, quick service, and some of the best wait staff I have ever experienced. Will definitely be coming again many times over. Great place and awesome experience.

This place was amazing. First time getting Korean BBQ. We came with some friends and couldn't have been happier! We got so stuffed from all the delicious options. The wings are so good!

I love their customer service, really friendly and helpful. We ordered Yuk Gae Jang, big amount of food 👍 tasted great. We also ordered Mandu, it's cold when we received it but they still good.

Second visit, we visit in person. Love the Korean BBQ, will be back!

Rudy was our server last night and he was truly a gem! So friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. He helped us with recommendations and was prompt to check on us throughout our meal and bring us extra banchans when we ran out! We had a great time!

It was worth the wait, the kimchi fried rice had the right amount of spice and great flavor and the chicken was so crispy.

The best Korean BBQ in this part of the United States period. Food is great, atmosphere is great, waitstaff is great (remember to flag down waitstaff as needed by waving at them with palm down, as they will leave you alone in typical Korean habit).

They have plain and flavored Soju, Makgeolli, and Hite.

Most of the time they have Kpop playing on the TV and speakers.
