AT&T Store

Pierre was friendly and dedicated as he helped me switch to a new plan, phone, and number. He took time with us to explain what to expect and made sure that we were well taken care of. Having been to many an AT&T, I would strongly suggest visiting Pierre at this location. His professionalism and kindness went above and beyond the typical retail experience. Thanks Pierre!

I have had service cut off by At&t and unable to reconnect either online or over the phone, Pierre helped me out immediately and was so nice and affirming. Originally, when I called customer service to get my phone line back up and running I was told I had to send a government issued form of ID to an email address and they would get back to me within a few hours or days. It seemed very suspicious and I'm so glad I didn't do that and went into the store and saw Pierre instead.

My experience with the store reps was amazing! I got a newer IPhone model that hadn't been updated to the new IOS, so it took forever to do the data transfer and update. They were so knowledgeable about what could make the process faster (and ultimately did) and kept me company while we waited for it to update. I was in the store for a couple hours, but I honestly didn't mind because they were so friendly!

I came in concerned that my phone had malfunctioned. The team was able to fix the issue, were helpful, knowledgeable and also took the time to fix my camera protector. Excellent customer service! . Appreciate all the help I received by Pierre.

This is a really awesome store and help me a lot in activating my account. I truly appreciate the officer especially Pierre, who is really nice and patient in helping with me. He spent around 2 hr just for my account set up. That’s an perfect experience here!

Pierre was amazing! I literally dropped my old phone in the ocean and lost it. I didn’t know some of my pass codes so I couldn’t access anything on my own. Pierre helped transfer my old number to my new phone, got me back into my email and saved my life!

I had Amanda helping me today and 100000/10 would recommend!! She was so sweet and helped me pick out an apple watch i got 2 one for me and one for my mom for mothers day!! Amanda was so sweet and kind definitely a good person to have help you! She blew me away with her amazing customer service! Amanda if you see this just know you were amazing and keep up the amazing work!

We went to the store on Lake Street and the associate Pierre was very well to us. I would highly recommend this store it was clean they were very friendly

Antonio was awesome in helping me replace my lost Galaxy S21.
It turned out to be a bit of an ordeal spanning two days because we couldn't figure out why my credit card kept getting declined.
I had recently moved but, since I lost my phone, I couldn't update my address in the app. Once I did, new phone no problem.
Antonio actually pointed out that if I was satisfied with my old phone I could get one nearly like it and save over $20 a month due to an in-store promotion. Certainly nice to save some money right now.

I came in about 2 weeks ago to get a new phone and Pierre was super helpful! He made sure that I understood every part of my bill and wasn’t pushy about getting add ons when he mentioned them. I was a little stressed about not having a working phone when I came in and left with a better phone! Great experience! 10/10

Pierre was amazing!! My SIM card was very messed up and he got me in and out of the store in record time, and made SURE my phone was getting calls before I left! Super patient when I had to wait for my family to add me as a user on our account and very friendly to chat with during the appointment downtime! 10/10 recommend.

Alexis was excellent and efficient helping me to get set up in new phone when old one having tech problems. Pierre also stayed even after store was supposed to close and provided info and support. They were awesome and I am grateful for their kindness and assistance !!

Whole energy of the store is great compared to other stores (namely the southwest suburb locations). They make you feel like a client rather than a burden. Edvin namely gets 5 stars in my book for answering all my questions, assisting me in porting my number over, and putting on my new screen protector perfectly. Great experience here.

Pierre at ATT uptown Minneapolis was amazing to work with. He took his time and worked with me over the span of a week or so to help figure out my complicated situation. He was patient, thorough, and presented all the best possible options. As a customer my needs were met, but as a human I felt appreciated and loved. Pierre was great!. Helped me and my girlfriend resolve issues that other stores caused and was able to make sure we we’re all on the same page about our billing before we left. Great Guy. Great service .

Josh was exceptional! He was able to see that the plan I was on was way outdated and got me a good chunk of change off of a new, better, and cheaper plan! He was so patient with me while I struggled to get my old phone backed up so I could get my new one synced properly and was very attentive to my needs! We talked jazz, life, and music in the down time. 10/10 experience!!!

Amanda was absolutely amazing! She welcomed me as soon as I entered the store, greeted me with a smile and asked what brought me into her location today. She addressed all of my needs with a smile and an eagerness to help me get on the best plan possible within my means. She answered all of my questions and gave me her personal number to contact her if I needed anything. Highly recommend this location!

Pierre was the best. He helped us with everything we asked for and gave us the best deals in the store. We are coming back again for the AT&T tv thanks to him. I would give him 6 stars if I could
