Dr. Koo and his staff are amazing! They are so caring, professional and know how to calm down the anxious patient!!! They explain everything that will happen so there are no surprises which lessens the anxiety. Dr. Koo is by far an excellent oral surgeon who deeply cares about your experience and concerns, who also double checks to make sure everything is going to be perfect. He also personally follows up the night of to make sure you are doing well and if you have any questions or concerns.

I was sent to Wayland oral as a referral for a wisdom teeth consult. I saw Dr. Yong-Han Koo who was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He did not try to push any unnecessary procedures and takes a conservative approach on treatment which I appreciated. Even though I was seen for a wisdom tooth consult, he discussed with me a different issue I had been having with my jaw clicking and popping with pain for the past few years. He was able to treat my pain in just a few minutes and showed me how I could also treat at home on my own. I was able to open my jaw without painful cracking for the first time in years right away. I’ve been continuing his treatment at home and have improved so much just in one day. I had seen multiple dentists and even chiropractors over the past few years for this issue with no improvement. Definitely recommend Wayland oral surgery for their knowledge and specialty in this field!

Dr. Koo is the best. He listens to your concerns, communicates effectively, is responsive to emergencies/feedback, and clearly is an expert in oral surgery. I had a complicated tooth extraction with sinus communication and an inflammatory cyst removed and Dr. Koo has patiently walked me through every step of the process for the past four months. Slowly but surely I’m getting my life back thanks to Dr. Koo and his team.

Dr. Koo and his staff are amazing! They are very warm, friendly, caring, professional and gentle. My oldest daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and another daughter had a couple of teeth removed to make room as part of her orthodontic plan. Both had a great experience, and a quick and easy recovery. I highly recommend them!

Dr Koo is by far the best Oral Surgeon in the area not only does he use the newest and most advanced technology, Dr Koo is an expert surgeon and deeply cares about ever patient and every outcome. His staff is warm, friendly sweet and helpful they make you feel at home and answer any questions as needed and follow up on every issue. I would highly recommend seeing him before anyone else

Had my wisdom teeth removed today by Dr.koo and his staff. While oral surgery is never st the top of anyone’s bucket list I could not be any happier with my experience at Wayland oral surgery and with the care provided by Dr.koo and his team. Prior to the procedure I was extremely nervous, but the doctor could not of Ben anymore reassuring and he spent ample time answering my questions to make me as comfortable as possible. I would recommend Dr.Koo and his team without any reservations!

We had an immediate need for a tooth extraction for my 6 year old. His staff was beyond helpful and efficient in getting us scheduled. The appointment was this morning and they were on time and wonderful. My son was well taken care of. The time they took to explain what was going to happen and even asked his permission !

Dr.Koo is an amazing surgeon and his post op care and check ups are phenomenal i called his answering service a couple times after my surgery one time pretty late into the night and he got back to me very promptly and settled my concerns, could not recommend him more.

I have to say that they were extremely kind and professional with my surgery, except in one major regard. The staff violated my medical confidentiality by discussing sensitive personal information with my parents. I am young, but still 21, so as an adult this is simply unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be going back due to the lack of respect they showed me.
