Recently brought my car here for repairs. Gary was very knowledgeable and both he and Tarsha were great to work with. Hopefully I don't have any reason to have my car repaired again but if I did I would definitely go here.

Tarsha and Gary are really the best. They make it a great experience to navigate the woes of having body shop preparations on your vehicle. They navigate very well with the insurance company and make the process seamless. In addition, they wash your car after service. Very happy with the service they provide.

Chestnut Motors provided an accurate estimate both of the dollar amount AND time it would take. They did exactly what they said they would do and it took as long as they said.

Very high quality work, the car looks new (because it was!) and the price charged for the work was reasonable.

Suburban Village Collision has been my go to location for body work on my car(s). Had my first experience back around 1990 and have returned all the time ever since if and when I need work done on my car(s). I would and have referred them to anyone looking to have body work on their car. If you need body work, I recommend you let them do the work. You won't be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience with Suburban Village. They could not have been more communicative, and pleasant to deal with. Even though they said the work might be higher than the estimate because they couldn't see what was behind the mechanisms behind the bumper, the cost was exactly what the estimate was. Shockingly, my car came back quicker than expected. I would highly recommend working with this team!

When our Volvo XC60 was rear ended, we were advised by our dealership to reach out to Suburban Village Collision Center to assist us with the repair.

From the moment we first contacted Suburban Village Collision Center, it was clear that they were experts of the domain and knew exactly what they were doing to help us not only with our repair, but also with dealing with the out-of-state insurance company that was responsible for covering the repairs.

They got us on their calendar on the earliest possible date (~a few weeks), and provided us with clear instructions on what information we should provide. They asked us to simply forward the estimate information we received from the insurance company and then it was hands-off from there on as they completely took over the process (thank you!!).

The body work they did on our car was A-MA-ZING, it looks literally brand new and we could not be happier with the quality of the work. I would gladly direct anyone who needs their car fixed up to bring it to Suburban Village Collision Center.

Equally, if not more importantly, they worked diligently and tirelessly with the out-of-state insurance company and ensured that everything would be processed timely and completely with no out-of-pocket cost to us. They even gave us our car back when it was ready, and didn't force us to wait until they had finally settled with the insurance company, because it was "not our fault" they were taking forever. This is the kind of customer-first business approach that sets shops like this far above the others and will make us life-long customers (hopefully, not too often!).

Tarsha at the front desk was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful in answering all of our questions and making us feel comfortable throughout the process. We also interacted with a gentleman named Gary who was very transparent and communicative with us and ensured that we were satisfied and delighted throughout the process.

I had my car fixed here after the accident however my hood latch still not working. Furthermore, the hood is falling apart. They gave me 10 years of warranty and i am so unhappy to get my work with Village Collision Center. The closed the store that they fixed my car and opened this one. I paid around 9K however not happy with the work. I have to revisit again to fix my car!

The appearance of my car is very important. I have brought my 2020 Volvo V90 in twice for body work. The appraisal, duration of time required to complete the work and end result is exceptional. The only place I will go for autobody work is Suburban Village Collision of Needham. The staff is professional and attentive.

My experience with Suburban Village was excellent in all aspects, from arrival and making the repair appointment with Tarsha, viewing the damage with Gary, then receiving a call from Tarsha that the work was done, and seeing what a great job their team did with repairs. I had a minor accident and brought my car here. Despite supply chain issues, my car was fully repaired in about 2 weeks. The interior was vacuumed, a bit of detailing was done, the exterior was washed and I got a full tank of gas. They do great work!

Gary is a pleasure to work with. He is pleasant, professional and brought my car back to its original luster. While the paint looks terrific, I am happiest about getting my front grill fixed, which someone damaged while my car was parked.
