Great food, great atmosphere. The staff was very nice. It was a Monday night and it was clearly abnormally busy. The staff did the best they could and were very pleasant.

North-end quality food and service that takes reservations and does not require drive and parking into Boston. Food is always amazing and great service. Highly recommend - our favorite restaurant.

We have been driving by this place for months and tonight (Saturday), our neighbors asked if we would go out for dinner, so we picked Giacomo. The restaurant was packed when we arrived at 7:45pm. It was a little noisy in a good way, cozy and lively. If you are looking for a quiet romantic dinner, I suggest you book late around 8-8:15pm as it got less busy. We are foodies and do not like bland food and we were not disappointed. The garlic bread and the bruschettas were the best I had in a long time. Bursting with garlic and fresh ripe tomato flavor. My eggplant parmigiana was really good, with a rich tomato sauce and perfect texture. The red pepper and goat cheese gnocchis were amazing. Veal parmigiana and 4 cheese raviolis were also really tasty. My red sangria, ordered without ice, was good, even if a little weak. Chocolate mousse cake and cannoli were nice. Our server Jackson was attentive, efficient, funny and kind. I congratulated him at the end and found out he was a college student and it was only his third night working there. Keep it up, Jackson! Overall, a great night. Add an authentic Italian ice cream with fresh fruit over to the dessert menu and it will be perfect!

Went on Friday night so the service was busy, but the staff was attentive and our food came quickly. As always the seafood is excellent. Had the lobster and shrimp special which I would certainly recommend.

We went on early Saturday night without a reservation. They managed to squeeze us in. The food was outstanding. Service was excellent even in a very busy time. i would highly recommend going.

This was my third visit to this restaurant. The food is excellent, generous portions and reasonable prices. The staff is very good.

Overall experience was GREAT. Service was prompt and food was amazing. Our server was also doubling as the bartender and we couldn't even tell. Dinner for 2 under 70 is always a score in my book! ( beef medallions, chicken picatta and Limoncello martini in photos )

The food is always delicious, and it comes out quickly. I highly recommend the roasted red pepper and goat cheese gnocchi!

We had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding at Giacomo's earlier this year and we couldn't be happier with the service we received and the food we were served. Our large party were accommodated without any issue, and the restaurant gave us some great suggestions for how to organize the food. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and everyone was seated quickly and easily. Everyone agreed that the food was fantastic and our entire party left satisfied with our starters, mains and desserts. The staff added some nice touches for my now-wife and I which made our experience extra special, and seemed genuinely happy we had decided to celebrate with them. We're really grateful to Giacomo's for our day, and we will definitely be returning soon

We went for the first time last weekend. The veal Parmesan was very good and the service was excellent. One friend was not perfectly happy with the seasoning in their dish and the wait staff and owner worked fast and hard to replace the dish. All restaurants should respond like this.

I prefer going to this Wayland location then going to the North End. Parking is easy, staff is super friendly, and food is outstanding. Excellent menu with so many choices.
