From the moment we walked in the door to the moment our mattress got delivered, 5 STARS! Jim greeted my husband and I, asked what we were looking for along with our budget (guest bedroom, under $800), then gave us a quick run down of the store, its merchandise, and then gave us some privacy to test out the mattresses. There is not a ton of choices, but they do seem to have something for everyone and it made this shopping experience a quick and easy one. Jim was very personable and great to chat with, never did we feel pressured, just pure friendliness and helpfulness. I also needed the mattress delivered quite quickly which they were able to do. The delivery man was nice and efficient as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Sleep City.

We walked in, Jim gave us all the information without the "sales pitch." It was a very pleasant experience. The prices and selection were an added value. The delivery arrived as promised with two deliver guys who were very professional. Why someone would go anywhere else is beyond me. Especially being local family owned operated! We look forward to another purchase!

I have been dealing with Gino for all of my bedding needs. He’s professional and knowledgeable. He gives you information so you can make an educated purchase. Always professional. Every person I’ve worked with there have been great. Steve, Tommy and Gino are all great. “Your comfort is our guarantee is not just a slogan” As long as Sleep City is around, they will continue to be my bedding store. All of my delivery guys have been great as well.

Gino is the man! He helped my wife and I find a perfect bed with an adjustable frame at a fantastic price. He provided us with the best customer service and was extremely informative, all while allowing us to take our time to shop and really respected our shopping process. I truly reccomend this place!

I had the best experience at Webster Sleep City! Besides being locally owned, the store manager Andrea is wonderful! She is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. No hard sell, just super helpful info so you can find the right bed ! With free delivery and discounts we are getting an excellent new bed, in a reasonable amount of time, reasonably priced! I highly recommend this store !

Best mattress buying experience in town by far. We shopped at 3 other mattress stores in Rochester and sleep city was the only place I didn't walk away from annoyed. They are very helpful and low pressure. There was a bit of miscommunication with our delivery, which was scheduled for a Saturday. The owner Geno, called me directly to address the problem and delivered the mattress himself on Sunday. Can't ask for better service than that.

This is the 3rd bed Ive bought from Sleep City. I always deal with Gino, but he wasn't available. Spoke with Steve, i took just as good of care of me. Came in the week after Presidents Day and still have me the same price :)

I’ve bought several mattresses, protectors, and box springs from the Webster store over the last several years. Always a great experience and price, don’t bother going anywhere else.

The only negative thing I have to say is that they didn't have my first futon selection in stcok and it would have been close to a week wait for it to be delivered. I was in a unique situation of needing either a sleeper sofa or a futon immediately due to an emergency and can't fault them for that because I went with the next best option and my first color choice and got it delivered the next day. One of the slats busted not even an hour after it was delivered and assembled (I admitted that it might have been my fault with learning how to open the futon) and they came out in a couple of days to replace the seat frame. The saleswoman (initials ALO) was incredibly accomadating and put up with my "What If?" questions and understood what kind of situation I was in with needing it ASAP. I hope to not need them for a while, but I will be referring anyone looking for a new bed or futon to go see them from now on.
