Walked in with my son and wanted to trade his sneakers he outgrew waited patiently for over 20 minutes and not so much as a hello I’ll be right with you or NOTHING because he was trying to make a deal with somebody else and it made me feel like I didn’t matter and he didn’t care to see us yet when another guy walked in he knew he had paid him attention and multitasked with him not me so for that I would never want to do business with anybody that doesn’t treat everyone the same big small important or not!!!
