If only every customer experience could be as pleasant as mine today. I needed a notary / sign off on a form & received unexpectedly kickass support from Bailey, who took care of that & a few additional things I could've done at home (scanned, faxed, printed a few things). All, with a smile & pleasant, can-do attitude. And, for the shockingly dirt cheap cost of a few dollars for the notarization. High five and thanks again to Bailey for the stellar support.

All associates were very friendly. Bailey went over and above to help me. It was overall a great experience and I appreciate all the help! I without a doubt left the store very happy! Thank you Bailey!! :)

I’ve come in to this store multiple times to get things printed. Nick, Rich & Bailey are always extremely friendly and helpful. I never thought I would be stoked to go to the UPS store but the staff is top notch and will happily help you with whatever it is you need. 5 stars

I was shipping a package a couple of Saturday’s ago when a very rude & disrespectful woman came in, parked on the fire lane and was asked by the store manager, respectfully to move her car. The woman shoved her packages at the store manager and went to move her car, came back in and the store manager, along with the other 2 employees all handled this situation amazingly, while I just stared at the rude woman. I was in disbelief that anyone would treat someone the way she did. The manager and the woman worked out the situation and the woman’s packages were shipped and an apology was given to the store manager. The employees were a very professional, young group working at the store who handled this situation beautifully!

Bailey provided exemplary customer service and support. As an expert of all things, I know a valuable asset when I see one. Bailey is that and then some. Her ability to process my return in an expeditious manner, along with her whit in charm scream management material. If I owned a business, I would hand her the CEO title in a heart beat. For that reason, I will never go to another ups location to process a return. UPS Webster for life!

This location is the best!

I've been meaning to write this for awhile because I am impressed and happy every time I go into this location.

As mailbox holders we moved to this UPS Store from the one in Victor, where I was publicly shamed every time I had packages (by the manager even), where they nickel and dimed you for everything, where they really made you feel like you were an inconvenience to them and where I dreaded picking up packages.

When I moved over here I was scared to sign a 1 year agreement but needed to leave the Victor location so I did.

This UPS Store is the best UPS store I've ever used!!!!!!!

As a mailbox holder, they don't nickel and dime you for everything, there is service with a smile, you get alerts when package arrive, everyone is **friendly** and helpful, and it's just really impressive.

I no longer fear being publicly ridiculed going to pick up my packages!!

I've been a UPS Store customer for just over 11 years now and have been at multiple locations as I moved and I just hit a year now at this one and I love it.

They did raise their mailbox prices slightly this year, which is no big deal! They're reasonable and the cost of everything is going up so it's to be expected.

Even though I am an hour round trip to this location, I will definitely continue using!

Please keep up the good work and don't change!!

I frequent this location rather often for sending out my shipments from online sales. The staff here are always helpful, courteous and do everything they can to keep any lines that form moving. I'm in/out quickly, and always treated well here. Really appreciate all their hard work and efforts, especially during the busy holiday season. Thanks team!

Your worker Kyle is an amazing worker his business etiquette is excellent. He was very efficient with my high priority transaction and delivery.

I’ve been here a few times for larger Amazon returns and I’ve always found them to be friendly, quick, and easy. They’re open on the weekend and the plaza is nice with tons of convenient parking.

I come to this UPS store about once a month for Amazon returns. Even when there are multiple customers, they handle everyone quickly and professionally. Half the time I don’t know what I’m doing with my returns, they always help me out and I’ve never had issues with it getting back to Amazon. Would recommend this location.

Quick, professional and always ready to answer any questions I have. I have used this store exclusively for shipping musical instruments and have never had an issue with the process from start to finish. I won't use any other vendor because I know that UPS will follow through at a reasonable cost.

I just had the best experience at this UPS store. Thank you so much to the owner for coming in on his day off to finish laminating a poster for our Church!! The staff there rocks. The poster came out fabulous.

I don't ship things often, but they sent me this questionnaire, so I'll respond from memory. Two or three years ago I shipped something. I needed help with some of the details. They helped in an effective and friendly manner. Also, I was in an out with incredible speed. I recall being very satisfied with the visit.

I've always had a great experience at this store. They have the answer to all my questions and take care of my package so I know it will get to where it's supposed to go. I also like the receipt given me so I can track it ,if a problem develops. It's also very close to where I live.

People in Webster are kind, helpful, go above and beyond to help their clientele. They are A1 for service, friendliness, kindness, politeness.... There are not enough good words to describe how good they are. E erytime I go there the service is the same. Terrific

My package was damaged but the owner helped me in getting the money back and paid me for my TV as well for the shipping I paid in the beginning. They are very helpful and I would suggest this place to anyone shipping from Webster or nearby area.
