My appointment was for a cleaning and preventative check. Rita was amazing, thorough, kind, and took the time to answer any of my questions. I also was extremely impressed with Liz the office manager. She has been wonderful following through with my insurance company’s and making sure that I receive all the insurance money back quickly that I paid for the services. While no dental work is inexpensive I feel that Rosen Prosthodontics is honest, reasonable, and a good value for the services rendered.

The entire staff at Dr. Rosen’s new location in Peekskill NY is wonderful. Family of mine have received exceptional care at their office in Somers and you should expect nothing less at their new location as well.

I moved to NYC and still travel back to Westchester for Dr. Bassin. Dr. Bassin and his staff are wonderful. I always look forward to my appointment every 6 months because their office makes you feel like family. He is thorough, informative, and makes you feel comfortable through every exam / procedure. Also, shoutout to Ziggy, their office dog, who is there to offer support and smiles! Can't recommend Dr. Bassin enough.

I was very pleasantly greeted by Gail in the front office. She made me feel comfortable right from the start..Dr. Bassin & his assistant were so great! I was apprehensive coming to a new Dentist, but they explained everything they were going to do in advance, & calmed my nerves! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bassin and his staff. They are always friendly, and professional. Dr. Bassin is thoughtful, he explains everything thoroughly and takes great care. I always feel comfortable coming here. I can’t recommend these folks enough.

Can't say enough about Dr.Bassin, his hygienist and the entire office staff, yes, even Ziggy his support dog. The doctor and his team are always very understanding and aware of my dental fear and I couldn't ask for anything more from them while in the chair. Everything is explained clearly and the doctor always entertains the different options available to me and what is best for my specific dental needs. The front is friendly and efficient and I've never had to wait more then a couple of minutes to be seen. Thank you Dr. Bassin and staff. Highly recommended.

Dr. Bassin is a wonderful, caring dentist. He listened to my issues and fixed it. I have a lot of dental issues and he helped with all of them. My whole family goes to him. Plus, Ziggy is a super cute emotional support dog. The staff is also super friendly. Going to the dentist has never been this great!

Dr. Bassin has an excellent bed side manner. He is gentle and explains things very detailed. The office staff is wonderful very kind and personable. Very inviting and comfortable dental office. The best I've ever dealt with.

Dr. Bassin and the whole team from hygienists, assistants and front desk staff are wonderful. I was recommended to Dr. Bassin when I was having a dental emergency several years ago - he took me on no notice on a Saturday and I’ve been going back regularly ever since. He is knowledgeable, friendly and takes the time to thoroughly explain any diagnosis and suggested remedy. The latest addition to his team is Ziggy, an emotional support dog, for those patients who are interested. Great practice - highly recommend!

Had a broken rear molar that suddenly became very painful on a Saturday morning. Googled local area dentists and found Dr. Bassin based on his convenient weekend hours and great reviews. They got me in for a same day appointment, within a few hours of my call. Staff was very helpful and friendly, including Dr. Bassin, who was knowledgeable and thorough. After my options were clearly explained to me, I elected to have the tooth extracted, which was done well and with as little pain as possible. The pricing (without dental insurance) was reasonable and he did a great job. Ziggy the big friendly emotional support dog is an added bonus. Will return and highly recommend!

Dr Bassin does amazing work. He explains everything in great detail and draws pictures that are very helpful in understanding the treatment. He is very kind and takes the time to really understand your concerns. He blends the latest technology with the skill of a talented artist or sculptor!

This office would be my first choice. Dr. Bassin is incredibly accomdating, he did everything from giving me an expectation of the time frame of when I'd be seen, turning off the radio on request, discounting an xray, going over each of my paperwork answers individual, and treating me professionally, kindly, and without judgement. The receptionist was out, and I couldn't even tell his staff was so patient and helpful. When another client was leaving, the dental assistant did everything possible to make the transition seemless, including calling her family for her, and waiting until she was safely out of the office before allowing me to pay. This office geuininely wants you to be safe, healthy, and have the best experience possible. Also they have a dog.

Dr. Bassin and staff are kind, and knowledgeable. Office is super clean and bright. Parking is a breeze to get us in and out quick. I am so happy my neighbor recommended Dr. Bassin for my teen. We had an emergency with his front tooth and knew from the moment we walked in we were in great hands. Ziggy (therapy dog) helped my son to stay calm and keep his mind off things. Ziggy is all my son talks about these days.

Excellent dental experience, no discomfort, Dr. Bassin was extremely kind, took his time, explained all my options and most importantly him and his staff made me feel super comfortable.

Due to poor dental work from a previous dentist, my teeth were in bad shape. Years ago, when I first became Dr. Bassin’s patient, he worked out a treatment plan within the boundaries of my insurance coverage to ensure I received the most benefit from my plan each year until we got my issues resolved. Dr. Bassin is patient, gentle, explains procedures thoroughly and his dental skills are flawless. His office staff, hygienists, assistants are warm and friendly. My husband and I have since moved out of state but still drive the distance to see Dr. Bassin. There’s no way I’ll let another dentist work on my teeth! No way!

I required immediate care for a fractured tooth. I contacted Dr Bassin's office and received an appointment the same day. Upon arrival, a friendly welcome was comforting and was introduced to Ziggy, their therapy dog. Dr Bassin was thorough and discussed the alternatives to mend and save the tooth. We agreed upon a procedure. I was very satisfied with the office, Dr Bassin and the results. Highly recommend Dr Bassin.

Dr. Bassin has been my dentist for over 10 years.
As for his knowledge and skill you can’t find a better dentist. He will explain each procedure and perform each procedure in a completely painless manner.
