I am a bit partial to CVS since I worked there for 3 1/2 years. I have seen the changes in the store since I left and I’d say, for the most part, the store has improved. When I was there we were encouraged to great and offer assistance to customers. I don’t see this happening much anymore.

This place is nothing short of great. Pharmacy as with any pharmacy in the world could be tied up with lots of prescriptions and people not treating them well. They do not just put pills in a bottle. There’s a lot that goes into the prescription filling process and this is something I get. As for the store itself, everyone is always nice and helpful. Store is always clean and check out lines are fast. I’ve never had problems here. Manager of the store is so sweet too! It’s a joy to see her each time.

A woman who works there named Colleen has helped me immensely today. I was experiencing a lot of issues with my prescription and she went above and beyond to help me out. She showed she truly cared not only about me as a customer but as a human. It really left a lasting impact on me. She deserves the biggest raise, the biggest hug and a real big THANK YOU.

If you ever have the pleasure of meeting Colleen, know you are in good hands and that she will absolutely help you out.

The pharmacist, Todd, was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of getting a duplicate prescription for my granddaughter after her medicine spilled on the floor. The staff at the Beach Shopping Center CVS are most kind, most helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make your experience a positive one. Thank you so much to such a wonderful staff!

I have shopped at CVS in the Beach Shopping Center since they opened and have always been pleased with the services provided, the helpful staff and the selection of products. I fill all my prescriptions there and have never had a problem. If the prescription needs to be renewed, they contact my doctor and get a new script. The pharmacy staff is always patient and answer any questions I might have. I recently got my first Shingle shot ay the pharmacy and will soon get the second shot there. The procedure was simple and the pharmacist explained all about the shot, side effects and potency.

I have used the photo shop to copy, print and manage photos. Making photo books is simple and reasonably priced. I like to go there late at night to do my pictures as the machines are always available.

I will continue to shop at CVS and would highly recommend the Main Street store.

Hands down, CVS at Beach Shopping Ctr. is my favorite pharmacy and store of all! Aside from the fact that it’s opened 24 hours, most of the staff from pharmacy personnel to front store employees and especially the managers, are all very professional, patient, and willing to assist with any need/ concerns you may have.
Store is usually nice and clean and stocked with everything I need. My go-to for pretty much everything. Love this particular store

Great service. Don't ever go to CVS in Yorktown. Totally worth the 20 minute drive for professional service. CVS in Peekskill is on point

This morning I called CVS at the Beach Shopping Center in Peekskill. I spoke to Don in the pharmacy he went over the top to help me with my prescription after he had been working since last night at 6:00. The front line people like Don should be applauded for there service. He was so nice and pleasant to talk to after working 16 hours already. Please be nice and polite and find patience for these unsung heroes you don’t know what they are going through

I don't understand the profoundly negative and/or plaintive comments. These are not "reviews", but merely people whining because they're used to immediate gratification. This has been my CVS for many years, and the staff knows me by the sound of my voice. Remember, guys, this is both a supermarket AND an urgent care/pharmacy. It and their wonderful staff provide consultation and vaccinations to many residents of this community who would otherwise not have access to these services. This store also works in tandem with Hudson Valley Hospital, and does an excellent job of coordinating its pharmacy services with the medical needs of the hospital's patients. If you go here for a candy bar and a gift card, and then hit the pharmacy during peak periods, what do you expect--a five star bed and breakfast? Dan Shaw
