Zack Jardin did a great job locating the leak that caused our water usage to double the last quarter. He also checked all our plumbing fixtures in the process and was able to replace one toilet tank water filling device. He also advised on future maintenance. All in all he was very helpful. I highly recommend him.

We have been using Baker Elman for years as our plumbing service and we are very happy and pleased.

Whether it’s their office staff or the persons that have fixed our issues over the years, everyone is professional, punctual, and we have never had to have them repair something that they have already done.

Frank Fitch has been working on our plumbing several times and he has always been friendly, engaging, but at the same time gets the work done promptly.

I got bailed out again by Baker Elman! An overnight burst pipe. They responded to me the first thing in the morning and rearranged their schedule so someone could come ASAP! Frank was fabulous! Knowledgeable and professional AND he also had to squeeze into a tight space to do the work! Another 5 star job!

Michael did a great job installing a new Kohler toilet in our guest bathroom. He removed the old one and removed it, and cleaned up once the job was finished. He was a good listener when we asked him plumbing questions. Very polite and nice presence in our home.

I called Accurate Baker Elman about a broken Flushmate in my toilet. Due to living in a condo complex, a complex that you need a flush mate in, you need this system. When I called Accurate Baker Elman, I spoke to Susan. I was so impressed with Susan, who was the consumate professional, that I asked her if she was a plumber. She covered everything. I mean everything. She was more efficient than plumber’s I spoke to. The very next day, as they had to order system, a plumber named Drew Baker came with a new flush mate. Today, as a matter of fact, 1-5-24. So this was next day service. Drew was fast, had great manners, he cleaned everything up, he was very thorough . And you could see he took pride in his work. He explained everything, and left me with instructions on everything. It was just a great experience with Drew & Baker Elman in general. And I deal with plumbers all the time, as I own rental properties and problems always pop up. And I’ve had to deal with many problematic plumbers. Which is a big headache! Accurate Baker Elman will be my plumbers for everything. Thank you Susan & Drew. This was my best experience with with a plumbing business. And I’m a no nonsense guy. I want things done right! We love Accurate Baker Elman. Will was fantastic! Our heating went out in the afternoon and Will came by in the evening and we were back up and running in no time!
