Today was my first visit to Shawnee Hills Dental. By far this was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. Step 1: walked into an incredibly clean lobby, and was greeted by the sweetest receptionist (who is also a dental technician) 5 stars. Step 2: X-ray & picture technician was also super sweet, and made that experience painless. The equipment was all brand new and seemed pretty high-tech (vs. my previous Dr.) 5 stars. Step 3: Moved to another great room, and the dental technician was so informative, thorough, kind and made me look forward to my next appointment in 6 months. 5 stars. Finally, I met Dr. Esber and she was efficient, and answers all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable, and professional. Turns out, her husband and I work at the same office (small world) 5 stars. If your looking for a new dentist, with an incredibly clean and high-tech office, filled with kind and knowledgeable people, stop by Shawnee Hills Dental.

Fantastic practice. Dr. Esber and her entire staff are so friendly and welcoming. They do great work and will do everything to make you completely comfortable, whether it is just a routine cleaning or something more involved. Our family have been patients of Dr. Esber for 8+ years. We went from driving 25 minutes to over an hour to her new office and we’d never go anywhere else! Not only is she an extremely skilled dentist, but is so incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. The new office is beautiful and state of the art. Her staff is also wonderful. My 5 and 3 year old boys were also seen and everyone was so patient and encouraging to them, and the playroom is a brilliant idea to keep them entertained! I was also able to hold my 8 week old during my whole cleaning. A love and care for children is definitely present! Thank you Dr. Esber and staff for making our visits a great experience!

Dr. Esber was extremely patient with me, answered all of my questions, and provided great care for myself and my family. She put me at ease as I tend to get nervous going to the dentist. Dr. Esber and all the staff at Shawnee Hills Dental are kind and made going to the dentist a great experience.

Great experience during my dental exam. Dr. Esber was very knowledgeable, gentle, honest and lived up to the old Benjamin Franklin quote of "well done, is better then well said". I also found a great staff, new facilities with a comfortable atmosphere, all at a very convenient location.

Dr. Esber is the best dentist we have had for our family. She and her staff (specifically Erica) are welcoming and friendly, you can tell they really care about their patients. We had to move a lot in the last few years and we will for sure miss Dr. Esber. We tried convincing them to move with us - lol.

We love Dr. Esber! My children (age 6 and 9) always feel comfortable with her and she takes the time explain to them what she's doing and why. I've never felt like she was in a hurry to finish us up and get us moving along,
and she is willing to answer all of our questions and explains things clearly. After years of dreading our dental visits, we now all look forward to getting to see Dr. Esber and her staff!

Every one at this office is amazing. They are gentle,kind and very understanding to the patients needs. I will definitely make them my dentist and I recommend them one hundred percent. Had three teeth extracted today and felt nothing. Not even the numbing. Love you ladies.

She is great at explaining what she is doing and why, and is all around a great doctor. The staff is also amazing at making you feel comfortable, even when you’re nervous! Dr. Kelsey Esber and her staff do an incredible job with my children and they give quality and specific care to each individual. Best of all, my 7 year old flosses because her dental hygienist told her to! The facility is very clean and calming.

We’ve had an extremely positive experience. A Beautiful new office with modern equipment. Dr Esber and her staff took time to get to know us. We have lived in the area for years now but we kept saying, “We need to find a local dentist...” Well, we feel fortunate to have found Dr. Esber. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful practice! I had a great experience with my evaluation, x-rays and cleaning. Very comfortable atmosphere, friendly and knowledgable dental hygenists, doctor and staff! My husband had a filling replaced when it had fallen out (not put in by Dr. Esber btw) and they were able to fit him in to get it taken care of. We were very grateful!! Looking forward to my next cleaning...hopefully I'll do a better job taking care of my teeth and gums so they dont have to work so hard next time😀....they gave me a tip to get the very back one a little better..just shift the jaw..who'd a thought?! My boys (ages 3 and 7) and I have recently started seeing Dr. Esber and we couldn’t be happier! Her office is beautiful, service is professional, and staff very friendly. The boys love to make use of the playroom while they wait - by far the best play area I’ve ever seen in a dentist office! Dr. Esber is very thorough and also patient with the boys as she fields their many questions. We appreciate you, Dr. Esber!!

I started going to Shawnee hill dental because of its location. But in past several times I have gone to this dentist I’ve realized it is different than any other dentist office I have been to. The Dr Kelsey spends a lot of time with the patients. She preformed a filling that within 3 hours I could not even tell anything was done. Very impressed.

Great location, clean place, and informative individuals! I was looking for a new dentist since moving to the central Ohio area, and I'm so happy I found Kelsey Esber and her great staff! Very satisfied with my experience, and looking forward to seeing my new dentist on a regular basis.

By far the best dental practice i have ever been to. I've visited a lot of dentists over the years trying to find "the one" and my search has ended after the first experience alone. Our family,(from ages 3 to 91),have been patients of Dr. Esber for 9 years. She has done everything from routine care to crowns, fillings,bridgework, and ,(the dreaded), extractions,with some of us requiring more time and patience than others! We have been down allot of ''dental roads'' together and there is no other dentist our family would trust with our very important dental care than Dr. Esber. We joke that we will follow her,: "all over the planet", and we have a:" 'til death do us part" relationship. Ever known another dentist you would say THAT about???

Dr. Esber fitted me into her schedule at short notice and she and her team took excellent care of me - Dr Esber and Kelly inside my head (teeth and brain ...) and Erika and Madeline the rest of me (smooth check-in and check-out). Thank you all very much for great care.
