I had the pleasure of interacting with Danielle, a customer service representative for my insurance needs, and I must say, she was phenomenal! Danielle's approach was both professional and empathetic, making me feel truly heard and valued. She addressed my concerns with utmost efficiency. Her knowledge about insurance policies was impressive, and she navigated through my queries with ease. The customer service experience with Danielle was exceptional - she's truly an asset to the team.

I just would like to personally thank Cory Roberts!! She is AWESOME, and has been since the first day I signed with National General! She personally takes he time and to assess your needs and concerns with creating your policy to customize it to personally fit your needs. I had left the National General, and because of her, I’m resigned a whole new policy! She has been the BEST agent I’ve ever had in my whole 50 yrs of dealing with having car insurance. I just want to give a special thanks to Mrs Roberts!! Thank you!!!!

After 3 different representatives, Ariel Keithley was the one that took initiative and got my billing issues resolved within three days. It took over a month to get someone with enough common sense to do their job and that would listen to the customer.

I will be a customer for life after the service Adam L. Provided me. I have been in HELL making call after call. Getting DENIED. HUNG UP ON. From 13 other companies since my home insurance had laps a whole year due to fault of my title company. I am a first time homebuyer I know very little. Adam took so much care explaining in detail all my options, coverages, and just the meaning of it all. I have learned so much. Information I will literally use the rest of my life. He has gotten me great coverage for not just my home but my car as well. Even helped to call progressive and cancel my old policy that I had payed in full ! It was such a stress free painless process. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders this week because of Adam L. Please take the time to let him know how much I appreciate his time and efforts today !

Don is a very helpful and extremely informative agent. We were looking to switch insurance companies after having our one for 26 years because of the changes and they raised our rates tremendously. Don was able to get us the same coverage if not better at a better rate plus with some perks that Allstate offers. We couldn’t be happier. Plus our son will be switching to Allstate also thanks to Don.

On 01/30/24 I spoke with Ariel in regards to a refund State Farm has been holding since 12/17/23. Ariel and I were on the phone approximately a hour and a half. Spoke to multiple people including my old agent. With her persistency she was able to finally speak to a customer service representative and was able to get my refund started. I so wish that every customer service representative would take the time and go above and beyond like Ariel did for me. I can’t say enough!! Excellent customer service and care for her customers! She was outstanding! Keep up the great work Ariel Keithley!

My experience with the agency itself has been a bit rough, however, my experience with April Chapman was outstanding! She assisted me in getting a policy cancelled quickly and efficiently. She was very polite, under promised and overdelivered! She made my experience a pleasant one. She is certainly the bright light of the Allstate family. If you need help, call April Chapman!

Personally I have had allstate insurance for auto, motorcycle and home for quite sometime now. For almost the past year I have worked/ consulted with Melissa Guilliams. She has never let me down, from taking a payment to policy pricing to policy idea changes. But more so, she will always, always promptly returned my calls or emails, have a great/ pleasant personality and is never pushy with making changes to your policy. Which makes her a pleasure to work with. She will always make you feel more than just a customer.

I called in and spoke with April about my current policy. Knowing i was on a time crunch she was quick with answering all of my questions and getting my changes made. Coming from a customer service background I can appreciate when someone truly enjoys helping people like she seems to and couldn’t recommend her more

Been a customer of Allstate for 15 years, and a client of the Gaudio office group since 2018. Always a pleasure working with their staff, getting questions answered, adding/modifying policies, and the peace of mind that comes with having a good insurance agency. I've never had any complaints with Allstate, and am happy to continue working with them. Thanks to Ariel for her help today!

I had to switch some things around on our policy and ended up with Allie C. She is amazing!!!!! Super patient , super sweet, and super helpful. We didn’t have to worry or question a single thing. This girl is amazing.
