Lowell Housing Authority

I’m loving the new kitchen and bathroom up grade . Even the guys who installed them they were cool also… I say a 4 out of 5.. And it matches with my kitchen set. The bathroom is lovely as well. The put handle bars in my tubby cuz I have MS Thank you Lowell Housing it looks awesome…..

I live here 9 years and I never want to be anywhere else! The managers are awesome and everyone I've meet are so helpful and kind

It makes a lot of difference if you have a good worker, My case worker, Tracy is very knowledgeable in several areas of Lowell Housing, she is very pleasant, returns my phone calls, she makes each visit a pleasant experience

It was great. The service with people was awesome. It has a terrific understanding.

Always have been treated with respect and dignity, appointments always call you on time my caseworker always ask if I'm ok and do I feel safe where I live ,always nice to see her very pleasant. 👍

Whatever you do do not move to 560 Market Street place is absolutely overrun with cockroaches and the Housing Authority does absolutely nothing about it it's disgusting and disgraceful.. cockroaches have completely taken over the building and they don't take the correct measures to get rid of the problem for good... they clearly don't care about their residents here and it's absolutely horrific the way they run their property.. they expect rent every month but won't do anything to fix the Cockroach problem..
