The entire experience was great! Every phone call and personal interaction with Sharon was helpful and respectful. I feel like they went above and beyond. When I picked up my car, Sal was very pleasant and explained everything! They did a beautiful detail of my car. With three kids and a recent sauce accident on my back seat, the car looked brand new! I was even able to leave my rental for them to handle the dropoff.

The friendly amazing staff at George’s Auto Body consistently provide a level of professional service that surpasses 5 stars. Upon completion of their work my car is delivered in meticulous detailed perfect condition inside and out. It’s often mistaken for a BRAND NEW vehicle. Highly recommend!!

This place is amazing. The staff is kind, efficient and knowledgeable both about auto body and insurance issues. This is one of the best places I could have brought my car to after my accident. My charger was looking bad when I had to it towed to George's Auto Body. But in less than a month, they had my car back to me Looking even better than when I first bought it. My claims representative, the Enterprise I rented a car from, and even the Dodge dealership, all had great things to say about this body shop, and they were 100% right.

I called weekly to check on my car, sometimes twice. Sharon, who answers the phone, was very patient with me and explained at which step of the process my car was at each time I called. Even when the insurance appraiser tried to low-ball the cost of repairs by putting cheap parts on my car, the great people at George's went above and beyond to make sure the correct parts were being put on my car, instead of cheap ones. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone who loves their car as much as I love mine.

The staff at George's Auto Body did an AMAZING job fixing my car's dented door!! Sharon at the front desk is so genuinely kind and helpful! She was so professional in handling all the paperwork and extremely patient in answering my many anxious questions. My car was done earlier than I expected and they let me know a few days ahead of time that it was almost done, which was so helpful. When I picked up my car, I was astonished that they had even detailed the whole car so that it looked absolutely brand new, really going above and beyond just fixing the door. My car also needed a jump start when I picked it up and they got it done in about 10 seconds flat! I am so impressed and grateful that they made a stressful process so much easier. THANK YOU!

We reside in Boston, MA and we were looking for a shop outside the city. Based on the existing reviews, I reached out to George's Auto Body and their service was better than I could have expected. The receptionist/front end manager did her best to get us in as early as possible and answered all our questions regarding timing and updates. It took 7-10 days as expected for them to fix our car and they did a great job. It was an added bonus that they detailed it after they completed the repair. Highly recommend! Thank you.

My old car has a handful of problems, and I added a fender bender into the mix. Sharon at the front desk was very friendly and courteous, and Sal was extremely helpful in dealing with my needs. He fixed the pressing safety-oriented problem quickly and effectively, and gave me extremely good advice for handling the other issues. Overall the price was good and the service was great, and I would strongly recommend this auto body shop.

You guys! George’s auto body is amazing.
So, a plow truck backed over my car. And the “dealership clinic” could not take the car until March 2022 to even evaluate!
So, after a facebook post, a family member who owns a plow, masonry and landscaping company told me to reach out to George’s- they take care of all his work trucks and personal cars.
Sharon who runs the office was great. She told me to bring the car in asap (there were safety issues impacting being able to drive it) and it was done within a couple weeks.
She answered all my questions and went above and beyond while having to deal with difficult insurance companies.
I was shocked to pick up my car to find it completely detailed on the inside and washed and waxed outside.
Like absolutely incredible. I was speechless. And when I said thank you to the guy who handed me my keys he said “that’s how we do it here!”
I highly recommend George’s.

Starting with Sharon handling all the paperwork/rental set up, his whole staff doing a wonderful job, and George going above and beyond every step of the way - this shop defines perfection!! Brought my car to George's after an accident. Sal and Sharon could not possibly make the process any easier - and they are two genuinely nice people! You drive your car to George's and they have a rep from a car rental agency waiting for you. My car was ready much earlier than anticipated. The best part being that the car was detailed and looked like it just came out of the showroom! Sharon takes the keys for the rental and you drive your own car home. Don't take your car anywhere else!

I was in a front-end collision & George's Auto body did an amazing job. They understood my urgency in needing my vehicle & made sure they got it back to me as soon as possible as well as providing me with great referrals for rentals. I'm so overly satisfied with the service that they provided that in the future if I ever have any issues I will be sure to be using George's Auto body exclusively.

I took my car to George's after a car accident because it was listed as a preferred body shop from the insurance. Excellent (!) customer service from Sharon and Joe. Rental car pick-up/drop off processes were smooth. My car looked brand new inside out when I picked it up. I can trusted this shop with my car. Very professional! Peace of mind. Highly recommended!

First of all, please give the receptionist a raise. She was so wonderful to deal with, she made the experience painless.

Second, my car came back detailed and so wonderful looking. It was a lovely touch.

Lastly, the actual body work was fantastic. Never would have known someone rear ended me.

Brought my car here to get the driver's side headlamp replaced. Everyone here had a great attitude. Sharon the office manager so nice, and they had my rental there within.5 min. Did the work in a few hours,.even buffed up my other lamp. Will be sending all my friends there for any problems. Great 👍 👌
