I have been going to Dr. Shelly Shults dental practice for years and always impressed with the care that I am given. Jennifer the dental hygienist is amazing at her job, very nice and extremely thorough. After my cleaning yesterday, my teeth feel sparklingly clean! Highly recommend this dental office!!

My husband and I have been visiting Powell Dental for a long time. Everyone in this office is so friendly; they make you feel warm and comfortable. They are extremely professional at their jobs whether it is cleaning, xrays or fitting Sleep Apnea oral appliances. We love them and encourage you to check them out.

The staff was very good at explaining the process of getting fit for and using a sleep apnea dental device. They are also extremely helpful in getting me through my insurance plan’s process. Dr. Shults is so committed to helping her patients get coverage for this expensive medical device that, after being a licensed dentist and seeing insurance companies not covering its costs adequately, she returned to get a nurse practitioner’s degree—one of the only dentists in the USA to do this!

If you are looking for a dentist who thoroughly cares about your overall health this is the place for you. Dr. Shelley and her staff have a very loving vibe. If you are anything like me, the dentist isn’t your favorite place to visit. However, from the moment that I walked through the front door I was welcomed with multiple warm smiles and my anxiety dissipated. You could tell that the staff was happy, and wanted to pass the bliss along to their patients. The facility is very clean and will maintained which pleases me - especially since the coronavirus has made its mark. I left the practice feeling like I wasn’t just a number, which is hard to find nowadays. I had dental work done on my front teeth (I have never been comfortable with my smile) and when I tell you that they turned out glorious- I mean it wholeheartedly. I can now smile the of the time with confidence and be proud of my teeth.

Wow! My initial visit to Powell Dental Sleep Solutions certainly exceeded my expectations! The interior of the waiting area was beautiful, with many free beverage selections that were offered multiple times. The professionalism and knowledge of Dr Shelley and Krista was outstanding! They explain everything in detail (and I love detail!), address and answer every one of your questions, and most of all, give you the ultimate confidence that you made the right choice!

After a thorough evaluation and consultation I was fitted for a sleep apnea appliance. When I started using the appliance I was tested for sleep apnea and after some adjustments the doctor determined that my apnea had been essentially eliminated. Today was a follow up visit after 6 months of use. I am pleased to say that I am sleeping much better and feel refreshed after a good night’s rest. Dr. Shelly and her team have been very attentive and caring throughout this entire process. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking an alternative to CPAP for sleep apnea.

I love my dental group.They are always on time and extremely friendly especially Dr. Shelley. I had missed my last appointment but she was very kind and understanding. As always Dr. Shultz and her team were fantastic. They treat you more like a member of the extended family than as a just a patient. Great care is taken and the attention to detail is superb. Their COVID protocol is great as well. I really feel that they are concerned about my well being.

They make scheduling easy and are prompt to get you in the chair. I have had several different hygienists and each was nice and did their cleaning well. Dr. Shelly and her team provide a great experience.

I hate going to "the dentist". Several weeks ago, I broke a front tooth in half and, despite looking like a homeless person, I chose to go around looking ridiculous rather than facing a trip to the dentist. Ultimately, I was shamed by friends into getting my tooth fixed. I decided to try my luck with a new (to me) dentist, Dr Shelley Shults who was recommended by a friend. My experience was excellent. The staff of the Powell Dental Group was friendly and accommodating. The office was tasteful and comfortable. I was especially pleased that I felt relaxed in the waiting room as well as in the dental chair. Dr Shults did a great job outfitting me with a temporary crown and I am not dreading the permanent "installation" in a few weeks...which is a major victory for me. And it is especially nice that my temporary tooth looks better than my "real" tooth had before I broke it! While I'm not thrilled with the prospect of the need for ongoing dental care, I was sufficiently comfortable with my experience to make an appointment for a cleaning and full evaluation as I have a number of teeth that need some attention. Thanks to Dr Shults and her staff for a pleasant office experience...high praise from this dental-phobic!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Shelley and her staff. They were friendly, caring and considerate - and did a very thorough and comprehensive cleaning. I felt at ease right away and felt like they truly cared about me and my health. I had a last-minute appointment and they still took their time and fixed a few issues that needed attention after my cleaning. I would recommend this dental office to anyone!!

The staff and Dr. Shults are exceptional. Dr. Shults answered my questions and gave me good advice. I see Dr. Shults for regarding sleep apnea and my sleep apnea device. She took the time with me to address another issue that needed immediate attention and that I need to see my general dentist about. I appreciate her concern and help with this matter. My annual check up for my sleep apnea device was addressed and a small adjustment was made . I am very happy with my sleep apnea mouth device and how Dr. Shults makes sure that everything is in order with it.

I first came to Powell Dental Group thanks to my workplace changing our health/dental/vision insurer. I had a different dental practice that I went to that I absolutely loved. So under my new insurer, my old practice was out-of-network. My new insurer had very few in-network options in the northern neighborhoods of the greater Columbus area. After doing some research, I made the decision to try Powell Dental Group... And I am so glad that I did! I've been coming here for 2 years now and each visit has been very pleasant. This is a great team and the office management seems to be very well handled. My 4-year-old also enjoys her dental cleanings here as well or even just coming with my wife or me for our appointments. And I think that right there is the very best compliment I can pay. If a very young child like mine can feel comfortable here, I bet there are many others that will as well. Great job!

I'm a career USAF officer (retired) and we've lived all over the country. We have had MANY dentists...but none...I repeat...NONE are as helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly as Dr. Shelley and her practice colleagues. Most people dread the dentist...I welcome my visits. I talked my wife into coming here, too. I feel cared for...my teeth, and my health. If you don't have a dentist, go here (and I know saying this may make it harder to get an appointment).
