Great place to do business. Guys came out ripped out old carpet in a few hours. Cleaned up real nice after that. A few days later the installers came out. They did an awesome job as well. So glad i went with them.

Andrew arrived as expected between 9-10am and finished at 5:45pm. He was amazing! Not only was he courteous, friendly and respectful; he installed our living room carpet with precision and excellence. He did not skip corners and paid attention to every little detail as if my carpet was going in his house! We went into floors2U looking for Andrew, the installer and we were told he no longer worked there. We had a negative experience with the staff and decided to come to Jamies. Mark in Elyria is great and very helpful. The day of our carpet install we received a call from the installer to let us know he would be here in 45 minutes. We are so excited that it's the Andrew we were looking for! Andrew does an amazing job as an installer. We couldn't have asked for a overall experience! I will be telling anyone that I know, that needs carpet to go to Jamie's.

It has been a couple days now that Jamies has installed our carpet in our family room and up steps. Andrew was our installer. I can't express the beautiful work he does. He had 2 layers of carpet to remove 1st, one of which was glued down. He works alone and he stayed with the job from 9:30 and finished up close to 7pm. He took his short lunch break and a couple breather breaks and kept at the job till completed including cleaning up. We are more than satisfied with his work. Jamies carpet has a great asset with this man. Thank you for a beautiful job well done.

We had new carpet installed today. To my amazement the job was outstanding. Andrew, from Jamie's Carpet Shop took the old carpet and padding out, and then installed the new padding and carpet. He did a superior job, and I was truly happy. He even brought a sweeper and cleaned up when he was done. Couldn't have asked for anything more. He worked very hard, and only took a 10 min. break. Andrew was outstanding 5.0++++++

Jamies is the BEST flooring company around. They are also local which is a huge plus for us. They have only the best wuality flooring and for a fantastic price. Al, our sales rep, was honest, professional, and knowledgeable. The installers, Barry and Brandon, do a phenomenal job. We had about 500 sqft of luxury vinyl plank installed plus the baseboards. It was supposed to be a two day job and they got it done in one day, without sacrificing quality. They are so personable and caring. We had them install carpeting about 2.5 years ago and they did a phenomenal job with that as well. The carpet has held up extremely well to our 4 dogs, two cats, and 2 boys. I will never use another flooring company.

From Chris’s visit to my home with samples the next morning following my evening request to his ability to fulfill my rush order! Just superb! Installers Mathew, Terry and little Mathew arrived exactly on time, worked tirelessly and did a perfect job installing carpeting and plank in multiple rooms, cleaned up after they were done and thanked us! Great service! Could have gone to Big Box store but I love personal service with the best value. I highly recommend Shoppers see Chris at Jamie’s cpt.
