Cornerstone Dental

I had a wonderful experience with Cornerstone Dental! All the staff were super friendly and stopped to explain everything they were doing before they started. Additionally, they were incredibly flexible with scheduling as well as timely in terms of the office flow - I didn't have to wait at all to be taken back once I arrived. I couldn't recommend them more!

This was my first visit to Cornerstone Dental and I had a great experience. The front desk staff was so welcoming, kind, and professional. My dental hygienist, Jessi, and Dr. Barnes were also so welcoming and kind and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be coming back!

Cornerstone dental, is wonderful, everyone is cheerful and very helpful! Makes you almost look forward to going to the dentist (I said almost). I saw Dr. Barnes the new dentist to the practice. She’s going to fit very well in their practice dynamic.. She was gentle and set up a care plan quickly, listened to me about my concerns. Tiffani is the best, always kind, helpful, cheerful and empathetic. Wonderful Practice, I highly recommend Cornerstone Dental/Powell.

As a new patient to the practice, I was slightly nervous. However, I was greeted with smiles and friendliness upon entering the building. Brooke was my technician, and she couldn't have been more friendly. She was gentle and thorough at the same time. Brooke made me feel very comfortable and was not pushy about procedures or offerings. I also saw Dr. Barnes , who was very pleasant and accommodating. I definitely recommend Cornerstone Dental.

I've gone to cornerstone for a number of years, and I've always had a good experience. The staff does an excellent job of explaining what they are doing and thinking as well as a caring touch when performing dental work. I had Dr. Barnes for my most recent visit, and she was excellent.

I had a very positive experience at Cornerstone Dental. It was my first visit. The front desk staff were very kind and professional. Brooke, my dental hygienist, did a wonderful job. She was very thorough. Being new to the area, it is very relieving to know that I have found a dental office that gives such great service to its patients.

What a lovely experience! Brooke made me feel extremely comfortable during my appointment and I walked out with teeth looking spotless! Everything was painless and easy. Can't wait to return in 6 months!

I am very happy my family found Cornerstone. It's kinda funny how well you get to know you see people twice a year, but they're so friendly and efficient, you really do get to know them. My hygienist remembers what I talked about 6 months ago, when I don't. That's a nice touch. Plus, my teeth are crazy sensitive and not only have they given me good plans to improve the sensitivity, they're really good at cleaning my teeth without hurting the sensitive areas.

I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist ever since I was little, and became resigned to the seemingly inevitable fact that the dentist’s office would always be an unpleasant experience. However, from the very first call to the office, I felt so assured—the customer service is amazing! I needed to reschedule an appointment, and they were so accommodating and kind. I was lucky enough to have Dr. Barnes and Tiffani work on me, and they were nothing short of amazing! Tiffani is one of the kindest, compassionate, and detail-oriented dental assistants around. She made me feel so at ease for the first time in the patient’s chair and made sure to answer all my questions. When I brought up a concern, she didn’t dismiss it right away like what I’m used to at other offices, but she made sure to address all my concerns, and brought in Dr. Barnes to check on my concerns. Dr. Barnes made me feel so comforted after I expressed my nervousness—she’s excellent at what she does, and it’s clear that she’s extremely knowledgeable. She made the usual parts that I dread at the dentist enjoyable. I never thought I could feel at ease at the dentist or that afterwards, I couldn’t wait to go back!

Had a wonderful experience switching to Cornerstone from my previous dentist. Carrie was attentive and welcoming. They went above and beyond. My previous dentist made some mistakes with my insurance and Dr. Kromhout worked with me to make sure I received the best care possible.

I needed to find a new dentist in the area so I gave Cornerstone Dental a try. My experience with the staff was great and they were extremely kind and welcoming. My first visit was just a routine cleaning but I plan to continue using them in the future. I definitely recommend this dental office!

I can't say enough how kind and attentive all the staff is at Cornerstone Dental. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable, to explain everything that they were doing and answer any questions I had. They knew that I had to leave at a certain time to pick up my daughter from school and they made sure that I was done on time. I highly recommend this dental office!

Everyone was so nice, from the calls to set up my appointment through the entire in-office experience. I loved that the forms I completed online were acknowledged and I didn’t have to complete anything additional when I arrived! That has never happened. The hygienist took notes throughout my appointment to remember for the future so I wouldn’t have to repeat myself. I’ve been with the same dentist since 2009 so I was a bit nervous with the transition but they made it seamless.

Great experience yesterday as a new patient at Cornerstone Dental. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and caring. I was especially impressed that they gave this new patient an office tour--such a thoughtful touch! I would not hesitate to recommend Cornerstone Dental to all my Powell-area family and friends.

Jessi was so great cleaning my teeth. I was very nervous because it had been a while since a checkup. She was thorough, reviewed my X-rays and handled me with care. Highly recommend

Today was my first visit at Cornerstone and I was very pleased. I was able to get in for a visit within a week of calling to schedule, the office was clean and the staff was very friendly. Brooke was fantastic! Very down to earth, attentive and knowledgeable.
