Ventura's Auto Body

My BMWx2 got side swiped and this was the second time! I decided to go with recommendation from my ex. He had several car paint and modified by Ventura and the black paint and body work on my car was flawless. No spot, no dings! They even correct the previous body shop paint job.

I had to wait a week for an appointment with them and when I picked up my car, some of my car settings were change, other than that, beautiful work on the job.

They also cleaned the interior and wash my car. Also - very appreciative of that since my kids have no back seat etiquette!

I did have to go back to the shop because my rear camera was not functioning correctly. They took a look at it right away and was done less than 20mins.

Ventura’s left my Q50 looking BRAND NEW after it got rear ended. They did an amazing job!! Even cleaned the car inside! Thank you so much!! Definitely recommend :)

Ventura's is amazing!! They fit me in after another shop couldn't fix my door after being T-boned. Now my car looks brand new - they fixed it perfectly, and they even detailed the interior!! I could not be happier and would absolutely recommend them for any work your car needs. 😁

Excellent customer service. They not only repaired my car, they also filled up the tank and cleaned it inside and out. They managed to get this done before the weekend (it was originally going to take longer). All guys I talked to were very polite. The office is sparkling clean. Enterprise brings your rental and then you drop it there when done. Highly recommend them!

I had a great experience from start to finish. Upon arriving, I received a warm welcome to drop off my car and had my rental shortly after. The pickup was on time, and all I had to do was pick up my keys. The car seemed like the company had cleaned it, and the body repairs were as if it were new. I would highly recommend this auto body shop for all of your body repairs.

The quality of work done at this shop is truly second to none. The entire staff at Ventura's is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Doug does an amazing job organizing and delivering for his customers. I will ALWAYS use Ventura's for any auto body work. They are the best body shop in lowell, or in the general area by far!

My husband backed into my car in the driveway, crumpling the drivers side bumper. Douglas gave me a quote and an explanation of the work to be done. Ventura’s did what they said, in the time frame they said. And they cleaned the car inside and out on top of that! My old car is ready for the next 20,000 miles!
Ventura’s is where we take all our auto body work. (Unfortunately, we’ve had to use them more times than I wish were true.) They’re honest, reliable, and professional, besides being friendly. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Returned to Ventura's after a previous great experience to fresh the front end of my 20 year old BMW. Doug and his crew did an awesome job; the work blended in perfectly and made it look brand new. I was going to get new headlight assemblies, but Doug and his crew made my old headlight lenses look like new at a fraction of the cost. they had the car ready when promised and pricing is very fair.A++!

Ventura’s Auto Body fixed the body damage on our car and washed and cleaned our car inside and out. When we picked up our 2012 car it looked brand new. They are very professional and do a great job. I would highly recommend them.

This is a great Auto body ! Doug helped me with an issue I had on the bumper of my baby car! I had to replace a lot of things and they fixed really really GOOD!I was afraid because I had bad experiences before but this Auto body is great they did an AMAZING job on my car I'm so happy ! They have quality on their hands! I will come back to put a lip bumper and I recommend this Auto body 100%!!! Thank you!

Had an amazing experience with the guys working there.

I had a problem with a piece of the rear windshield wiper motor that broke off, and was hard to get out. I drove to multiple repair shops to help me, and they either did not want to help, or told me I had to wait until their next available appointment.

These guys told me about the risks, and I accepted them. They got their tools, and right there on the spot they got the piece out without damaging the glass.
