Always great sales and staff is wonderful, haven't used their grooming services as of yet but it's really neat what they have to offer and the creative way the write it up!

It was my first time using the bath service where you do it yourself. The girls there were so kind and took the time to show me the ropes. They also explained what a great deal it was to do the punch card rather than pay for just one. I was very impressed with their friendliness, knowledge, and the value of the service.

I went to Pet Supply Plus to have my Smooth Collie groomed for the first time by them, he looks absolutely beautiful. A very nice young woman by the name of Alayna did him. Buddy came out beautiful and happy. Thanks Alayna

This store offers a nice selection of products for numerous types of pets, but more importantly, the staff are hardworking, courteous, and kind. I shop here frequently, and I’ve never had anything but positive interactions.

I have shopped at pet supply plus in Reynoldsburg for several years. The staff is always super nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this location!!

If you need an excellent groomer, go see Natalie! She is amazing!! She takes great care of my boy Mando!

We always get our dog groomed here. Heather is wonderful with our somewhat nervous poodle! She knows exactly what she needs to help her relax for her groom. Penelope always looks great! Also, they have nice cookie treats that are not very expensive.

Absolutely love this store, earning extra reward points is easy! And the doggy baked goods is a go to for us!!

I bought my daughter her first fish here. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The manager went over the top to make sure we were taken care of. You don’t fine service like this anymore in a lot of stores. Thank you to everyone there who helped us.

Visited for the first time with our pup today. Greeted by friendly staff along with a groomer, Heather. We were given information on grooming pricing and how to book. Prices seemed reasonable. We felt good enough with the conversation that we booked an appointment when we got home. There was a self wash station and the store was clean. Prices seem comparable to what we've seen at Petsmart but the store itself had a much friendlier atmosphere so we'll most likely be shopping here vs. Petsmart from here on.

Excellent service. Ordered a bag of hi-pro plus and it arrived on my doorstep the same day, with autoship discount. Great deals if you know where to look. Definitely important to support local businesses. Chewy used to be my go to, but they stopped offering great deals once they were bought out by Petsmart. Great deals here and you are supporting local business and not large corporations. Chewy I am done with. Petsmart Charities is still a good go to though. That is the only thing I wish they had; their own animal charity. Makes me feel good when I can donate a couple of bucks. I do think they work with local rescues like Star Cat Connection though.

Great people working that care about animals, includes a full grooming team. For the DIY folks there is a self cleaning dog area as well!

Every time I step in the door here the employees are friendly and helpful. My dog got groom for the first time and it was a great experience.

I went yesterday to give my dog a bath. The young ladies working in the store were very helpful and super nice to me and my dog. They even gave him a Happy Birthday bandana since it was his fourth birthday that day.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Store is clean and organized..I give them 5 stars, even if the cup cakes are for dogs..what a teaser!

So sweet. I believe the lady I spoke with on the phone said her name was Tara? But omg. So sweet. Had some troubles finding a replacement/duplicate squishy for my pup in store, ended up ordering online and did curbside. Apparently, unbeknownst to her, it was in backstock. I honestly thought it was gonna take a while to get it since I figured if it wasn't showing up in store maybe it'd get shipped from a warehouse or something. Nothing else was catching my baby's attention in the store, and she picked out "Mr. Octopus" on her own when I got her last year. So he was her buddy. So the lovely lady managed to find the replacement, and although possibly out of the "inconvenience" (I don't see it as an inconvenience but rather a lack of knowing everything, as no one does know everything usually nbd), she also gave her a nice little treat when we went to pick him up about 2hrs later. For fish supplies, wherever I've lived, no, I do not prefer this company, especially when I had an axolotl and fed him live fish, but I do love them for how helpful their staff always seems to be and how caring they are in answering all your questions and giving you the best answer possible. And today, in my opinion, regardless of circumstances, the staff in Newark went above and beyond in my opinion in making my fur baby happy. She was VERY pleased when I opened the pick up bag and her buddy was in there. So thank you! (If I could add a picture or knew how to I would. She was very happy to have him on the ride home.)

Great staff and great selection for all pets.

They have a great supply for all my "dog needs" but best all is the grooming staff! They are super helpful, do a great job and always have a kind word for Finn! I also like the set up for self service dog washing. And really with the punch card wash club.... it feels like I getting stuff for free. (Which if you use the whole card the math work off to like two free washes.) Which works for them to because I buy stuff while I am there!
