Kroger Marketplace

This store is fantastic.

The Kroger Marketplace has a nice selection of clothing and home items. The grocery store is full of so many options.

The weak spot in this store are the restrooms. They are filthy and falling apart. They don't provide paper towels and the dryers don't work. The soap dispensers are broken.

This store certainly does millions of dollars in sales monthly they no doubt can afford to maintain the facilities.

Shout out to Susan who was working at the self check out yesterday. Very kind and friendly. Very willing to help out if needed. Friendly customer service is hard to find anymore and I want to say Thank you to Susan. Beautiful smile. Keep doing what you are doing.

Great place to shop. I love the fresh baked bread. Variety of cheese and deli items.

I shop Kroger always. There is a precious sweet lady that works at the bakery her name is Debbo she treated very kindly. I just want people to know there are kind people that work there.

I can't say enough about our Kroger, I haven't been inside the store however and over 2 years because I utilize the grocery pickup. The young men and young women who bring the groceries out are the most pleasant individuals I've ever met and they seem to really enjoy their job. It shows by the smiles on their faces. But when I did go in the store I always got lost but that's because it's so big and so clean and it has everything you need from a new pair of boots to a package of cheese. There's always lots of parking as well as handicapped accessible.

Huge, clean, beautiful example of what a grocery store should be. The self-checkout line looks daunting but goes pretty fast.

Great Selection and stock of the items I need instead of waiting 4-5 weeks in the smaller stores.

I like the new design style of this kroger. This location also has alot of boutique foods as well as a bar!

Great store. They need more selection of whole wheat bread products. Very limited selection. And I have bought one gallon of milk that was soured. But all in all a very good store. If you want a beer while shopping there is a small bar in store. Live music on some days. Yeah a nice place to visit.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. The deli is great and offers just about anything you want from fresh salads and sides and a salad bar to sushi. The sushi is made fresh by a sushi chef. We sat out on a the patio or there's plenty of room inside. Just pleasant all around.. We forgot we at a grocery store just waiting for a prescription.

I love the staff here. Dianne,Rhonda, Susan, Calvin, Michael, Patty and Walter. I couldn't ask for better customer service. You are all truly appreciated.

Nice new store with some extras. There is a bank inside, also a Starbucks, a cafe and a full service bar which sometimes has live music from a local musician. Shelves are usually stocked well but I've noticed sale items are sometimes out of stock. Finding help is a challenge too at times. Overall I really like this store. Use the phone app to help locate items.

Clean, well stocked shelves

Everything is well organized and easy to find. Plenty of friendly workers and faculty to help you when needed. Everything seems to be in stock all the time, and about every lane is open and running, so there is little wait to check out. Sells all sorts of food, infant care, laundry supplies, medicine, decorations, clothing, and other needed and unique items. With the Kroger Plus card, you even get more savings on top of the already nice deals, and that's great for a college student like myself.

I move out of town, and they get the most awesome Kroger in the state. Super clean, super friendly staff, and the best selection of any Kroger I've ever been to. I was even able to find clothes there - I've got a number of compliments, and people are surprised to find out I got clothes at Kroger. This place is an experience - I always try to go when I am in town. The only place in Newark you can get some decent Starbucks too. If you think you've been to a good Kroger marketplace - check this out.

Kroger replaced the old Rep drive location with this newly built store. It's very very nice inside, mid range clothing for sale and some home furnishings. The store itself is always very clean and has very friendly staff (I mean it's Kroger, what else would it be nut clean and friendly?) The new pharmacy has a double drive through. It's a very big pharmacy, has as many technicians as can be safely kept back there and every register is staffed; they do their very best to get folks in and out! Wait time never exceeds 10 minutes to be checked out. My Rx's are already done when I come through. Staff is exceptionally friendly.

This is just a great grocery store. There is a large selection of fresh vegetables, a big cheese selection and nice breads in their bakery. The grab and go food is fine, especially the Chinese food.

All in all the store is clean, the staff is friendly and the prices are competitive.
