I have had horrible experiences with several different pharmacies since moving to the area, but the people here are awesome! When my medication was out of stock the pharmacist called me ahead of time to let me know so I didn't waste my time driving there. She also suggested several alternative options including other pharmacies that may have it available. This is what customer service should look like!!! Way to go guys!

We moved a few yrs ago, and conveniently, now have a Walgreen’s very close. It’s so convenient, and not just for all of our families’ prescriptions, but bc I find the best prices on laundry detergent, paper towels, tp & an item I keep in stock, Bob’s Sweet Puff Mints. I also appreciate that they are happy to order an item if it’s not in the store, but carried in other Walgreen’s. The photo services have been super convenient bc they were happy to help me complete my order just as I wanted. Above all, the pharmacist, I want to say his name is Daron but am not positive, is a rock star!!!! He goes above & beyond every time. He comes from a place of “Yes, I think we can figure out how to do that.” -vs- demonstratively making sure that whatever I’m asking about is one more daily frustration. Sadly, that’s come from others, often, in the past. Again, so many +’s about this store, especially the pharmacist, Daron (Oh, I hope that’s his name ~ lol!).

Has everything I needed at moderate prices. Location is convenient, & has ample parking. Is handicap accessible.

Never had a problem with service here.

This review is for the pharmacy only. Never have any problems with the friendly store people. However, I've been going to the pharmacy since early 2017. Never used to have issues, and Liz in particular was always helpful, but about a year ago they got a new pharmacy technician, Hope. She is AWFUL. Extremely rude all the time. Barks out stuff at people loudly and is very unhelpful. Because of her, my husband and I have decided we are done. We transferred our prescriptions to CVS. I'm so glad to not have to deal with her ever again.

I Have been a customer of this Walgreens for over a decade and just in the past year have seen this change in customer service

Pharmacy staff is incredibly rude and have absolutely NO concept of time. Wait 2 hours and get told to “try after lunch”. Atrocious.

Never answer the phone when call in.

The automated system is always messing up, the text alerts are a mess and the pharmacists and techs have zero customer service. It's like they feel we need the meds, so they can treat us any way they want and there's nothing we can do about it. They're never kind, always treat you like you are a bother and are very short. It's not just Walgreens though, it's the majority of pharmacies anymore!
