Great selection on new and used consoles and gaming accessories also pretty good selection of collectibles service and staff are excellent and very helpful if your looking for a certain item or need help finding a certain game or accessorie

They actually had Scarlet and violet base set in stock (*cough* unlike the heath gamestop *cough*), and they had a lot. Dave is really nice and positive. Dave deserves an award. :)

Came in to pick up a PS5 and some used games. The store was clean, organized, and I got the help I needed. I was very pleased with my visit here.

I give the employees 5 stars and gamestop as a company 1 star. They underpay workers and work then to death, as well as put them in situations where they have to run store alone, which is very unsafe.

Very friendly staff. They were very knowledgeable about anything on sale and let customers know about needed items.

The GameStop in Heath is probably one of the nicer ones I've visited over the years in many different states. The manager Alex and his staff are all very nice and super helpful. They're always good about calling to remind you about your preorders and have always gone out of their way to help with any issues.

This is by far the best Gamestop I have ever dealt with! Usually I get help from Angel or Trent but Brian, Selena and Julie are awesome too. They are always friendly even when there are customers in there being jerks but always greet the next customer with a smile and the store is always clean and organized.

Great people so polite and knowledgeable. My family has been going here for years now. We wouldn't go anywhere else. They have a wide variety of things not just video games, clothes, boardgames, action figures. Just so much and it's made me the Hit, every Christmas with the whole family and friends. I just love this store 😍

I try to stop in each week to see what is new. Salespersons are always kind knowledgeable and friendly.

Grandson loves this place . They are all very nice people who work their especially the lady ( sorry not good with names ) and the 1 guy who has been there for years (again the name thing ) .

The staff here is knowledgeable and helpful. They really enjoy what the do. You can get great deals on games and gaming equipment.

It's a chain store, but what makes this place is the employees, awesome guys, super friendly.

Friendly, helpful, if they can't help you they'll call up nearby GameStops to be sure for a fact that they may help you. The horror stories you hear online won't occur here
